This is my number One store for Sunglasses had the chance to visit the DITA sunglasses store again after some many years and was impressed by the selection and quality of their products.
DITA is known for their stylish and high-end sunglasses designs, and the in-store experience did not disappoint. The store had a great variety of frames and lens options to choose from, covering a range of styles to suit different preferences.
The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me find the right pair of sunglasses. They took the time to understand my needs and provided thoughtful recommendations.
The overall store ambiance was modern and inviting, making it enjoyable to browse and try on different pairs. The displays showcased the sunglasses beautifully.
Prices were on the higher end, as expected for a premium sunglasses brand like DITA However, I felt the quality and craftsmanship justified the cost. Better than Any different brands Like GuCCi or Prada or LV even Cartier. Beast in Sunglasses industry.
In the end, I left the store very satisfied with the pair of sunglasses I purchased. They are not only stylish but also well-made and durable. I would certainly return to the DITA store for future sunglass needs.
I forgot to mention The Customer Service is Top Notch in this Store on Melrose St. Don’t go to Rodeo Dr. worst Customer Service ever. Been there so many times to buy Sunglasses but I never did because of the attitude of the employees I get all the time.
I have a special appreciation for Brandon Sims. Thank you so much. It's my...
Read moreDear Dita, customer service representative,
It is very rare that I receive impeccable customer service and exquisite interaction, which is why I felt obliged to reach out to someone in hopes to appreciate and celebrate the hard work that goes into Customer Service. While my family and I were visiting Los Angeles, we decided to go to your Melrose location. At first, we were hesitant to enter the store because we have visited that location a previous time coming to Los Angeles and the interaction and atmosphere wasn’t the most pleasant. Despite our hesitation, we decided to enter, and was absolutely blown away with not only the person who helped us but the atmosphere that he created. Jeffery was not only knowledgeable, Pleasant but very thorough in his communication and interaction with us. We did not purchase anything in that moment, but he sent follow up communication in regards to a few frames that we tried on and were interested in.
After about a few weeks, he followed up in regards to not only our visit to the store, but also our visit to Los Angeles, which made the interaction even better due to the follow up. With that being said his engagement and follow through gave me the perfect Christmas gift for my husband, which was a pair of glasses that my husband was in love with.
I hope that this email finds you well and I hope that it is communicated with jeffery on how amazing of not only a sales person but an asset to your team he is. We will definitely be back to visit him and hopefully pick out our new favorite...
Read moreAVOID Came in here with my husband to look for some new frames. The store is nearly impossible to get into, no one mans the (locked) front door or answers the buzzer. We were eventually let in, and each purchased a pair of sunglasses (about $1,200).
My husbands "super strong hand-made Japanese titanium" frames developed a slight bend in the brow bar. We have no idea how it happened, we were very gentle with them, and only had them for a few months. Upon purchase, I mentioned how delicate they seemed, the salesperson said "yeah, but they're very very strong." We just took them in to see if they can be repaired, but the associate said "no" - offered nothing beyond a discount on another new pair.
Super disappointing service from an expensive brand that claims to have such high quality and durable frames. I know titanium frames can be repaired - the fact that buying directly from the manufacturer yielded such poor service is disheartening, sure seems like DITA really can't be bothered. I'd stick with Oliver Peoples if...
