did not even have all of the belts on display for being one of the only BB Simon locations in the area. on top of that the customer service was terrible; I was there for 10 minutes and not once did the person at the desk look me in the eye. once I had purchased one of their belts they didn’t even have the cans to put their belts in and he had told me that they ran out. he told me to come back later. once I came back he told me they still didn’t have it and they wouldn’t have it until 6 PM. upon asking, not once did he even look at me in the eye he was on his phone and his computer and acted like he didn’t even want to help me for being a customer at his store. good quality items but terrible service if you ask me. be aware if you ever decide to go into BB Simon. just know that they are only willing to display adequate customer service when you’re about to commit to...

First time visiting the store and had a great experience! This style of belt has become popular again among the younger teenage crowd (as fashion trends repeat). I brought my nephew here about a week ago to purchase a belt and the one he wanted wasn't available in his size. However, the sales rep KAI, was so hospitable and kind, he suggested we make a custom belt for the same price range. KAI was so informative and patient with us, he helped us create the perfect belt for my nephew. We were quoted 2-3 weeks for it to be made, but it came so early! The store is welcoming and all the staff are friendly, the security guard (looks like Maui from Moana lol) was nice too. Update at the bottom - 27th Jan . Placed and order onthe 26th November for a $350 belt for my son for Christmas. Since then, nothing. No shipping, no replies to multiple emails, so I tried calling today 5th Jan 2022 - MAIL BOX IS FULL . probably with people like me, really annoyed that customer service is DEAD for BB Simon, and they just had a nice christmas and new year with all our hard earned money. Disgusting behaviour if you ask me. SHAME on you.
