Urban Outfitters — Local services in Los Angeles

I shopped here several times because at the time it was one of the most convenient options for me, due to location and being able to try out different sizes from different brands/manufacturers, since we all know how different companies can make the same size of pants not be the size for you, so ordering pants online from Amazon can be a hassle sometimes. So often I had to/have to buy my pants in person from an actual store (“brick and mortar”) to check the sizes for sure before hand, the material, if I like the style etc. And this was one of the places I’d go for pants. I've been here a number of times and haven't had a bad experience so far. So maybe I should give them 4 stars? Employees are rude. Avoid this place... When I walked into the store the alarm went on (Ive shopping makeup and probably some alarm was not removed), an employee told me to get it and I even asked if they were open as there was no one even though it was like 6 pm. I walked out without buying anything and the alarm again went on, I assumed they remembered they let me in, and I stood on the front of the door waiting for an uber, after some minutes another employee started calling me and asking me show her my bags and she touched everything. Weird managers that have been working here since they were like 18 and think they are better than everyone while being a manager at a retail store for years and think because the work on over played out melrose ave they are cool. Weird snobby employees who don’t even look good but act like they do . Out of touch with reality nobodies who work at literally a retail store that someone is making millions of while pinching Pennies and paying all of them. But let’s not forget they are “ so cool” there and they are going places. Everyone’s the next big star their watch out Hollywood here the retail store managers and retail associates come!
