From walking in the front door, you are greeted by the owner who is extremely personable and friendly, and taken back to your personal sauna room where you are immediately put in a relaxing mood with the tranquil music and lighting. My friend and I booked a session in the contrast room which includes the infrared sauna with the red-light panel plus the cold plunge. We rotated the 45 session between sauna and cold plunges doing 3, 12 minute saunas and 2 cold plunges. It was extreme relaxing and a wonderful experience.
