I placed my order 3/28. I only just received it on 5/24. In those 2 months, I was constantly trying to figure out where the lashes were and when they were coming. First, the problem was they didn’t have the removal serum. When I found out, I decided that’s fine. I was offered a fourth set of lashes in place of the serum. My package still wasn’t shipped. I asked why. Then, they didn’t have the bond serum. Again, I said just send what you can. I was offered a gift and the extra lashes. Again, did not receive the lashes. Mind you, I wanted these lashes for an important event: my brothers wedding. I was the maid of honor. Finally, when I get them, after the event, I didn’t get the additions promised to me, I didn’t even get the lashes I ordered. I ordered natural, and got light glam. I’m a beginning artist. My makeup consists of tinted moisturizer, powder, blush, mascara, eye liner, brows, and lip gloss. Nothing too much. I don’t like larger lashes. I just wanted to extend my natural lash. I didn’t not want to add volume or anything like that. Also, as I said before, I’m a beginner make up artist, but I know how to use lashes properly and put them on. It was honestly really difficult to put on these lashes. It probably was just me. Also, again I don’t know if I just put them on wrong (even though I followed the instructions to a T and watched the application video), my lashes fell off after 2 hours of wearing them. Know that you can NOT return them. I understand that the company is a small starter company, and that is why I chose to try them. I wanted to support a small women owned business, but that doesn’t make it okay to get the service I got. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. Next time, I will order something off Amazon. It will probably be cheaper, but I could return it, and I will have my guaranteed 2 day shipping.
Update: I emailed to try and fix my stuff. I was given a set of lashes and a free 45-minute session to teach me to put them on. Although it’s a nice gesture, my point still stands. A set of lashes and a consultation will not change the waiting process, inability to return, difficult to put on (even though it claims to be easy usage), and a messed up order. 9/15 Update - I foolishly tried this company again. The first order took a month and a half to receive. I liked them and decided to give them another try. I AM NOW WAITING CLOSE TO TWO MONTHS!!! The excuses are incredible. Their supply chain is broken. They cannot fulfill orders as promised on their website in a day. This is bait and switch practices and ultimately not work the hassle. There is no issue taking your money, only with keeping their word!

5/31 update: It has been 1 month since my order was placed and I have yet to receive my product. I received a DHL shipping number 5/24, however, the number is bogus. I am very frustrated with their shipping delays, lack of being able to track my package (if it was indeed shipped), and lack of customer service. The blatant disrespect for the consumer is highly present as same-day shipping is obviously not achievable through this company. Bait and switch practices are afoot.
UPDATE 5/13: Customer service reached out (see below) to advise of an alternate ship date. This reply is something noted on several reviews which lends itself to being false advertising setting the expectation of same day shipment and to call customer service for an update. It would be better customer service to send an email or otherwise reach out to the customer to properly set expectations. I have a wedding to attend and now have to make alternate plans. Boooooo!
I placed an order on 5/1 and received prompt confirmation of it's processing. It is now two weeks post order with no confirmation of shipment. The website states same day shipping from Los Angeles. They were fine, relatively easy to get on, nicely packaged, but as they grew out I realized they were pulling my lashes out because it just sticks to a bunch of your lashes which grow at different rates, so I just felt it was unacceptable loss of my own lashes, no big deal, I went back to my individual lash artist. I was so surprised when a box of lashes shows showed up after my initial purchase! ugh, I had been shopping while recovering from surgery and had accidentally back screened to a previous cart that had the subscription which I didn't want , but I didn't notice i had back screened to my original cart! These things happen. Anyway I reached out for a refund, i got approved, BUT I didn't realize that the approval email was in my junk Mail until another box is on its way! OK. so I asked for a refund/canceled subscription, they agreed to my refund but somehow didn't cancel the subscription?!!!!! I have all the emails showing my efforts. I complained on Instagram so they got in touch with me right away. Claimed i had used a different email address which I hadn't, I only have one email.They Generally tried to make it my fault, provided absolutely no customer service, offered to send me some product of theirs to make up for the $300 the uncancelled subscription has cost me? Hmmmm .My advice is if you want some lashes that you're gonna wear for a limited amount of time they're fine but watch out for their subscription service, it's scammy and they're just not great to work with when you have a problem. My feeling on a product this expensive is that they should say "Oh my gosh send us the unopened product we'll refund your money valued client!" it could be so easy.
