Our stay at this Spanish-style villa in the Hollywood Hills was absolutely unforgettable. The home is full of charm and character, with its 100-year-old Hollywood legacy adding a special touch. The interior is cozy, combining vintage charm with modern comfort. We especially loved the spacious living and dining areas, which offered a relaxing vibe and spectacular views. The outdoor space really stood out — the backyard had breathtaking views and was ideal for evening BBQs or just relaxing with a glass of glass of wine. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the pack 'n play, books, and games - great for families or those looking for a homey vibe. Location-wise, the villa is tucked away enough to feel private and tranquil, but still close to Los Feliz, Silverlake, West Hollywood, and the best hiking spots. Overall, this was the perfect blend of old Hollywood charm and modern convenience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique, relaxing, and...
Read moreOf all the Airbnbs I've stayed in, this one was by far my favorite! Jasmine's place is not only beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious, it's also in a lively, central location — right in the heart of everything, which made it super convenient and fun. Everyone who came to visit me commented on how amazing the apartment was — from the aesthetic to the layout to the calming energy of the space. As for the location, you can hear music from the boardwalk in the living room during the day — which is pretty expected given how close it is to the action — but the bedroom is completely quiet, and it never interfered with sleep. Jasmine is a wonderful host — kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to work with my arrival and departure dates, and was always respectful of my space while being available if I needed anything. I genuinely didn't want to leave and would've stayed longer if I could've. I can't...
Read moreThe absolute worst experience possible. I hired them to manage our house in LA; a roughly $1000-$2000 per night property. They helped us get the property listed but we ended up paying more than we were told to photograph. Our first renters had a couple issues with figuring out how the AC worked and Guestables rep was no where to be found. I had to head over to the house to their job. Moving forward they forced us to use their maid service that cost $500 per visit, that they were suppose to pay. We got hit with these fees a few times and were never reimbursed. They were hard to reach and sometimes took more than 24hrs to call us back. I highly recommend not using them, just an awful...
