Looks like a nice store, but was a terrible unwelcoming experience with one of their representatives

In reply- if the representative was friendlier and understanding, I wouldn’t have left with such a bad experience. Even in entering the store was incredibly awkward when I rang the bell and they stood there staring at me blocking entry as if I needed to explain why I want to shop there.

In regards to the policy, I understand. The 7day policy was not told to the person who bought the rings as a gift to me nor did he give me a receipt. I kept everything in its original store packaging practically untouched. I also would have no knowledge of when the gift was purchased prior to them giving it to me. Sometimes the best things really do come unexpectedly. And this was a gem in what already felt like treasure.

I just discovered Nathalia Gaviria's work and the warm, animated ladies that fill the store. The clothes fit in a way that make you feel confident, and yet, comfortable. I felt as if I was destined to have them.
