I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered two beds in November, and one arrived. The second did not, and I was told it is backordered and offered store credit, which would cost me $100+ to buy something else in addition to more shipping fees. I tried to be understanding and patient but every few months would check in and now almost a year later I still do not have my bed frame. I was last told it would arrive mid-May after months of them having no idea when I would get it, then at the end of July, I received an email saying that they would like to know if I would be willing to get the lighter color bed frame. I bought this bed frame November 29 and it was supposed to arrive within a few weeks and it is now almost August. Stay clear of this company.
Update: They responded below and I can not respond to them. The items were indeed purchased together as a set. You may not sell them as a set as an option but they were purchased together that way. I was not sent an email offering a full refund. I was sent an email asking if I would like a different color in JULY. This is AFTER being told my missing bed frame would arrive in my chosen color at my home by May 16 because it was finally at a port in the US, despite the fact that it should have arrived back in December and then in March and then in April. I also did not get a reply to my response to the email asking me if I would like a lighter bed frame color. At this rate, you have wasted a lot of my time chasing after my purchase, caused a lot of issues with having a missing bed for this long, and now I am out a lot of money due to the cost to replace the bed frame you have not delivered in addition to the one that you did deliver. I would appreciate this company fully refunding the missing bed frame and at least a partial refund of the one that was delivered, as now I have to replace both again. The one that was delivered wasn't even that great. I thought it was completely wood joinery, but it requires screws as well — I could have bought the same thing off Amazon and gotten it all much cheaper during Black Friday and saved myself almost a year of headaches and missing product. I ordered the Amora Sofa for $4,500, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. On top of that, I had issues with two other orders, where they sent me damaged items and delayed my sofa delivery for months. After a ridiculous 4-month wait, I finally received my sofa—only to realize that the real problems were just beginning.
Within a couple of months, the sofa started making loud squeaky noises, which is completely unacceptable for something at this price point. I contacted customer service, and they did everything they could to avoid taking responsibility. First, they tried to brush me off with excuses, acting as if the issue wasn’t real. After weeks of frustrating back-and-forth arguments, they finally agreed to send me a replacement.
But guess what? That was almost 4 months ago, and I’m still waiting. Every time I reach out, I get the same scripted response—they don’t have a delivery date and can’t tell me when (or if) my replacement will ever arrive. Before their AI bot tries to gaslight me again, I’m attaching screenshots of our conversations as proof!
This company is a scam. Their customer service is a joke, their products are cheap and poorly made, and they couldn’t care less about their customers once they take your money. If you’re thinking about buying from Valyou Furniture—DON’T DO IT. You’ll regret it. Invest your money in a company that actually values its customers and delivers quality furniture.

Ivan was pleasant when we first visited, and we were drawn to a feather-filled sectional that felt comfortable in the showroom, even though it was a low-profile design. We decided to purchase the sectional along with an ottoman. We were told it had just been restocked and would be delivered within a few days, and that the delivery team would contact us to coordinate.
Two days later, we received an email with a tracking number and a delivery date we never agreed to—despite being told they’d reach out first to schedule. At that point, we still had our old sofa and were in the middle of renovations, so timing was important. We emailed the delivery department and got a response from Rose Adao. We provided our availability, but she said she couldn’t guarantee a delivery on those dates. Then, without confirming anything with us, she scheduled delivery for a day we explicitly said we were unavailable. It created a pretty messy situation.
We reached out to Ivan, who said he’d follow up, but that turned out to be an empty promise.
As for the sofa itself—it looks nice, but after sitting on it for just 30 minutes, it became clear it’s not nearly as comfortable as it seemed in the store. The cushions collapse and lose shape very quickly. For a piece that cost over $3K, we expected far better quality.
