DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DO NOT GET SERVICES HERE!! Seriously buyer beware!! I wish I had seen a review like this prior to scheduling my service at Alen M Femme. I won’t bore anyone with the details I will post my original review for anyone who wants to read it. I received not only a terrible style, but also a butchered haircut from Sabrina. It has been an absolute nightmare to recuperate my funds from this salon. Even with Sabrina confirming that my cut is not her best work. My hair literally looks horrible. I don’t trust anyone at Alen M Femme to correct it. If you are black or have any texture to your hair do not book here. They do not cater to different hair types and the result will not be favorable. I will attach photos of what my hair looks like. I also have to add that while disputing the charge I was so disappointed in the lack of empathy this company exudes. They damaged my hair there is no fix for this. They really don’t care about their customers they just want your money and it shows. I called the day following my service and never got through to Sabrina, I left a yelp review no response. I finally remember Sabrina had changed my appointment time and reached out to her directly. She too refused to do the right thing and refund me she just insinuated that I was a liar and I left it at that. it took me 2 years to grow out my hair and now I look at it and I am sad. Tabby Besson responded to my dispute letter, the salon manager, she didn’t even care enough to check that my name was correct, she called me Cleo Ellis. Tabby shamed me for leaving a tip which is customary, I assumed at a luxury salon gratuity is automatically added to the service. I barely made any conversation while I was there. However the little bit of friendliness I could muster was weaponized. I did not leave smiling or happy majority of the appointment I just sat and stared and was thinking about how much gel was going in my hair and how rough it was being pulled. Sabrina and Tabby should be ashamed you are stealing people’s money and not delivering on the service. I paid $300+ to essentially have Sabrina damage my hair. THEY FRIED MY HAIR!!!!! Do Not get your hair done here if you want healthy hair!!!!! This place is so fake from what they promote online & instagram . I was so excited to get my hair done here, & I told the hair stylist exactly what I wanted.. she put bleach in my hair and left for vacation & let her assistant finish the work . They made my hair sunkiss orange when I ask for a balayage. I had to come back the following day to correct it & they made my hair a solid blonde with a little bit of dark roots , nothing of what I wanted ! And after washing my hair a few times I realized my hair was completely fried I had to cut my hair really short & I’m still working on getting healthier hair . If I wanted a terrible job I would go any salon & wing it . The service was Definitely not worth $300 . Not even worth $100 . My advice to those that are interested in goin to Alen M hair salon is don’t believe the hype ,everything that shines...

Josie is absolutely incredible and I can't recommend her enough. I followed her here to this salon from where I previously booked her for services. Her skills are 100% worth going wherever she goes!
