Only went there for a collab pop up. But otherwise I’d not shop here. Everything is marked up like crazy you can find a lot of stuff second hand or better yet online. I’m not saying the stuff isn’t bad but the prices are. Especially the designer is decent, the only things that were overpriced in my eyes were Y2K brands and dead stock items that you would probably find at Sante alley. Also I’ve worked in retail before but the way every 2 seconds I was getting approached asking if I needed help or a dressing room was overwhelming. Even after I agreed to the dressing room I liked the item and was planning on purchasing which I did. The rest of my shopping experience was annoying. The employees continuing to breathe down my neck the second I touch an item they would run and ask if I wanted to unlock it or try it on even though I tried on the item I was gonna purchase. This happened for about 15 minutes and had at least four other employees come up to me during my shopping experience to ask me the same thing dressing room . To the point that I just purchased my item and didn’t wanna...
Read moreNever in my entire life have I ever been treated so terribly by an employee. I visited Reformation Vintage at around 4 pm on June 28th, and the conversation with an employee I had was so incredibly rude. My friend and I were planning on buying a few items but after my experience I put everything back and walked out. I kindly asked if I could please try on an item and this women looked me in my face and said no that's belongs to someone else as she was clearing out a dressing room. The tone in her voice and the way she looked at me like she was disgusted. I tried to move on and try on the clothes but I decided I don't want to buy anything from a place that would hire such a rude employee. I...
Read moreHonestly don't understand why this place has so many stars. I was APPALLED by the prices in here. They seriously mark up everything by 800%+. For example, a few weeks ago I bought a blazer from this 80s brand at a real thrift store for $15. At this place, a blazer from the same brand was $160!!! Absolutely insane. Also, their stuff is poor quality! They were trying to charge $100 for a no brand name dress with a huge stain on the front. Don't waste your money, people! Honestly drive down the road and go to Wasteland or one of the other vintage stores on Melrose (still overprices but not absolutely...
