We came into our appointment with Gabby not really knowing what we wanted, and left knowing exactly what we wanted.

My fiancee wanted something art deco, and Gabby found the perfect ring for her that captured exactly what she was looking for. Similarly, Gabby had set aside a ring that didn't quite match what I thought I wanted, but ended up being my favorite!

On top of that, I was surprised to learn that Holden's squared wedding bands come standard with a comfort fit, which makes them 100x more comfortable than any other squared band I had tried on before.

Genuinely cannot recommend Holden enough. We were lucky enough to snag one of the first appointments in the new LA showroom for our wedding bands and had such a great experience. We met with Andrew who walked us through all the various styles, widths, and finishes we were interested in. He was so patient with us and all of our questions, and I think we may have tried on almost every band style they offer. Despite our appointment running a little longer than expected, he didn’t make us feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated as my husband and I can both be a little indecisive. This was my first time shopping for rings and the Holden LA showroom made it such a great experience. Simon and Ariana were amazing- super friendly & patient, and just made the whole thing feel easy and personal. At the end of the appointment, they even gave a little flower seed paper with our ring size notes written on it which was such a thoughtful touch.

What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond to make sure our rings shipped in time, even speeding things up to meet our timeline without us having to ask twice.
