I feel the need to update my experience. Here is the original review that I was pushed to write: (Ronan kept on insisting to write a 5 star review after I first met with him. Shame on me for doing it before receiving any products.) I found this place online while both my boyfriend and myself were looking to have merchandise created for our DJ brands. Ronan is very enthusiastic and will work with you to help create an amazing image for your brand. If you need something made he will make it happen. If you are unsure of what you want he can give you some direction and advice. 10/10 would recommend this company. They have samples in storage to show you and the quality is amazing!

The real review: Ronan has a very salesman personality. It works to a certain degree. I was very excited to find a local company to work with because I would much rather support local companies. I know things happen and I try to be understanding but when things keep getting pushed back and communication eventually stops, it speaks loudly to me. I won't speak on my boyfriend's experience, he can write his own review, but he has had issues as well. I had ordered 10 hats to be embroidered front and back and ordered a sample shirt before committing to my larger shirt order. I asked how much I owed when I placed my order and he said to not worry about it and to pay him when I picked them up. Weird, but I didn't question it. He kept saying that he was short staffed and had to keep pushing back the deadlines. I had my own deadline that needed to be met so I could have my merchandise at EDC in Las Vegas and last minute I had to find another company to work with. I felt bad because I had suggested a friend to use this company as well and she was told her sample was not ready the day it was scheduled to be picked up. She immediately found another company who got both our stuff done in less than 3 days. I realize that ordering 70 shirts and 10 hats may not have been a "big enough order" to prioritize but if you couldn't finish it (despite trying to order over 1.5 months before my deadline) you should have told me from the beginning. I don't know if ordering online would have been a different experience but I went in person because I wanted to see the different shirt options and place my order in person.
