Well, I cannot say enough about the service and outstanding quality of the bouquet I ordered for my friend’s birthday! I ordered two bouquets and they combined them to make a huge one! It was the most spectacular arrangement of sunflowers I have ever seen! Just absolutely stunning! They also texted and spoke with me until it looked exactly the way I wanted it to look and so much more! Then to top it off, they sent me photos too, so I could see the changes but in the photo was the florist Ksenia! I swore she was a mannequin because she was flawlessly gorgeous and made the flowers look extra pretty! Hahaha! Who knew there were florist that modeled the bouquets😃 in real time! Seriously though, the bouquet was out of this world so thank you Ksenia and special thanks to Inna who did everything in her power to make sure everything was perfect with my order! Her customer service was exceptional! She made it a delightful experience! This is my first florist review EVER and I order a lot of flowers for my girlfriends annually! I was compelled to write this review! This is a 6 star florist all the way and from now on, the only one I will be using in LA! Thank you so much...

I hate giving small businesses bad reviews but they leave me no option. I wish there was a zero star option. My experience was horrible. I was told that they couldn’t find the address so they left my 200 dollar bouquet at the nearest door. It doesn’t matter that the door didn’t have the same address. They never tried calling-not once when out to delivery. When I tried to call for a refund they kept telling me they would call me back then they stopped answering my calls and texts. Don’t use this florist. Please don’t risk your hard earned money. When things go perfectly they’re great, but don’t risk it because they have zero customer service and don’t know how to handle refund situations. I pray that people start from the lowest review and decide to choose another business. I’m so sad about the turnout. I can’t even afford to send another gift to my aunt that really deserves it. This store doesn’t deserve to be in business, because they really don’t care about customers. I’m hoping I can save someone else from going through the frustration and disappointment I endured with this company. I wish I’d scrolled through these reviews in detail instead of taking the five star rating (clearly an altered number) for granted. I spent almost $200 on a bouquet for my sister’s 40th birthday—it arrived looking nothing like the website photo, with 50% filler of green ferns. The sparse flowers that were included were half-dead and looked spray-painted; the most copious flowers were cheap mums (which weren’t in the bouquet description). This thing looked like a grocery store bouquet, at best. When I contacted the company, I was told that every florist has a different style, with no comment on the other major issues, and my request for a partial refund was ignored.
