I was politely asking a question and they hung up, multiple times. This one person was very very rude. I don't know about anyone else because I wasn't able to speak to anyone else.

I'm a student working on a project and called to speak to a manager for that project and was hung up on. When I called back, in case it was an accident, the same man answered and hung up on me again. I called again because I really needed to speak to someone for my project and they just picked up and immediately hung up again. They were so patient with me picking out the jerseys for my team and was willing to expedite their services for me because I have a game the next day.
