The sales ladies are not helpful with clients after finding a dress for my Aunt on our on with no help whatsoever, my Aunt comes to pay for the dress it has a damage on it so they said we will go bring one we come to pay, she is like there is no refund or exchange we say ok no problem can you bring the dress she doesn’t need to try it on she already tried it but we want to check that there are no damages on it and then she will pay no problem , then the lady started to be rude saying no pay first , I was like we have no problem to pay but if you bring a different one and it has a damage you will give her a refund and this is all while we are at the store no special order or anything. She is like no , she was so rude! I told her we are buying it she isn’t even going to try it. Then she continues to be rude to my Aunt I told her you know what you’re not doing is a Favor selling to us ! , You just lost good clients goodbye! It seems like after COVID people need the business but act so badly to clients with no customer service and honestly I had it! I used to give many great reviews to places cause I had great experiences but lately honestly this is insane! So if I were you I’d go inside the santte alley all their dresses sell for 150$ Instead of coming to this store getting no help at all and to get treated like someone is doing you a favor and at a double price ! Hope owner will read this and make changes cause your losing business with people like that...

First off there's plenty of dresses to choose from for many events. If you want to do DTLA shopping this should be your first stop.
My review is based on the quality of service and bridesmaid dress.
1- we were told by the sales rep that the dress sytle I selected was $69. When we went to ring it up they rang it at $75. Should've negotiated a lot more on this or walked away because that was an indicator that they like to lie to make a sale but we were tired of shopping around DTLA 2- because we didn't have the other bridesmaid sizes, we were told that we can cancel since they wont order your dress until all sizes have been confirmed. (It was their way to convince you to buy) 3- I didn't notice til later that you can see the underwear lining, so you'd have to wear a thong or.
I went ahead and called them to let them know the situation and wanted to cancel my order. Informed them of what I was told and they said no that they would never say such thing. That I was a liar and hung up on me telling me that I was hating HIS time.
If you're on a budget for bridesmaid dresses and want them to go commando, this is your place.
But if you want to be treated like a valued customer, don't even bother trying to come out here to save a few...

The variety is pretty big here if you're looking for prom clothes, evening dresses, everything the store claims to offer.
Went searching for one from prom, got one after trying out a few dresses. The only problem I had with it was how the zipper on the back tends to kinda.. not zip all the way. So we had to call for one of the people who work there to help us. It wasn't completely broken, but you just needed to put more strength into it, they said.
We were bothered by the zipper issue, so we told this to the manager--with a little persuasion for lowering the price. Instead of complaining that the dress is fine (this is VERY common in the dress stores here), he lowered the price to $124. The original price was $180.
Also a heads-up to the workers here: they're either really nice and experienced, or really... new and somewhat forgetful. Haven't met a rude one, but can't guarantee there WON'T be one.
tl;dr came here for prom dress, got zipper problem with chosen dress, called for manager and got reduced price difference of $56. Nice. Workers are nice here, as...
