Shoe Palace — Local services in Los Angeles

So i went into shoe palace in Houston Texas located in Baybrook mall for my wife to get me an anniversary present which was a limited Lebron 16 Martin edition but they didn’t have my size there or anywhere in Texas the only store that had the shoe was the melrose store in California. Shoe palace gives you a hard time when it comes to transferring shoes to other stores but I said what the heck let me give it a shot, so I called the store and spoke with Elmer who is one of the managers at this location explained the situation he was unsure if he could do it but told me he would speak with his district manager to see what he could do. The district manager told him it was approved and the shoe could be transferred to a store in Houston needless to say Elmer went above and beyond to provide the type of customer service that will keep customers coming back to shoe palace to do business! My recent visit to Shoe Palace had its good and bads. Two sales associates were attentive and courteous, providing excellent service. However, my attempts to contact the store by phone before hand went unanswered multiple times. At checkout, when inquiring about the phone, the associate seemed disinterested, attributing its location being lost in the back without concern.

Me and my mom went to the shoe places on Melrose for two raffle tickets.On Monday Dec 1,2020 My mom fill out her raffle and my correctly. First name, last name, shoe size, phone number. Ok we turn the raffle ticket in to the lady at the table out side of the store with are Ca Identification. So on Sunday Dec 6,2020 I call the store a ask about the Air Jordan 9 Blue .White, Black.
