This parking lot is patrolled 27/7. Ppl do leave this parking lot messier than it was. Park workers do try to keep the restroom kept up, but ppl do leave it messy or clogged up after use.

I'd give five stars but I find parking pricey. On our way to the beach, I saw other parking spots that were cheaper about $10 so the best things to do if you are new to the area is to go around and compare prices. I didn't do it so I paid $20 flat rate. However, this price is good if you plan on staying the entire day. On another issue, Venice Beach is a beautiful place, it was my first time here and I'm planning to go back and bring my mom just for a walk around. It'd be easy for me to wheel her around and Americans are very welcoming...

EVERYONE is welcome here ..you can bring the family for some great fun and entertainment.. there's lots to see and eat enjoy the water and dance too the sunset.. playground for the kids while you chill with the wifey ... not a dull moment.. We parked here and walked to Santa Monica and back.

Don't park here. Park on the next north west parking that is on the beach and start your walk there. The muscle beach area is not what is used to be and not really nice to be in.

From the next parking it changes and it's much nicer to walk from and to.
