If I could give this place a 0 I would. The worst experience ever. We were in town for a family getaway when my husband started to not feel well and wanted to go to the ER. The ratings on this place is a joke. The people there spend more time on their phones, taking pictures of patients and showing others and laughing about it, dropping the F word nonstop and being down right rude. After 7 hours in a hallway while my husband in clearly in pain and walking right by him with no care in the world he finally was put in an ER room. When we got in the room it clearly was not cleaned. There was blood and trash all over the floor and the back of the bed. I said something to the nurse and asked for someone to come in and clean and he acted like it was no big deal. When 1st shift come in the new nurse was amazing and we finally started to somewhat get somewhere. After 19 hours in the ER they finally got him into a room. I demanded he be discharged after all the time in the ER and 2 nights stay because they were cluess as to what is going on. They were all over the place guessing. So we drove home 5 hours home and now at our home ER and hopefully going to get some answers. I would NOT bring a dieing dog to that hospital period. It's...

I chose one star because there are no negative star ratings. I can’t express enough how extremely horrible this place has treated my mom or how deceptive it was to me and my family. My mother fell out of her bed several times, they kept her so heavily medicated that she was almost incapacitated. My mom has a feeding tube so she isn’t able to eat or drink on her own and the nursing staff would not do oral care on her. They lied to us so many times over the course of two weeks of my moms stay that it’s ridiculous. My wife and I was there on a daily basis trying to work with them but they did not change. They are great talkers and they will tell you what you want to hear but don’t expect any of them to be transparent about your family members care and believe me we spoke with everyone all the way up to the CEO of the company. The facility was always dirty and moms room including floor and bed always looked dirty. Honestly I could go on and on but the summary is if you care for your family member find another place! I truly believe this place has the potential to be a good place but they refuse to put in the hardwork that it...

The first week that my dad came in I left a bad review because of a few issues I had that have since been addressed. Since then my father has has excellent care. The nurses and aides he has are taking such good care of him. The Respiratory Therapists there are my dads Angels. When the U/L Pulmonary Doctors told us that my dad would never come off the vent and there would have to be decisions made the Respiratory Therapists didnt give up on him. My dad is now weaned from the vent and will be going to another Kindred facility for PT. I dont know last names but I want to send out a big THANK YOU to Nurses- Sherrie, Courtney,& Kia....Nurses Aides -Anna, Brian, and Diane Respiratory Therapists- Tim, Scott, and Nathan Thank you all so much for not giving up on my dad! I also want to send a thank you to Vara, Kerry and Heather for taking my and my families concerns with understanding and compassion.
