Hi guys, I literally hate to do this yet again. But I feel strongly that feedback is important and this is a huge corporation who needs to take more stock in their products. Today 3/12/2025 I went to get my coffee before work, which I recently started ordering a grande iced matcha again since they got their new matcha - I ordered it with strawberry cold foam and the first time I got this drink it was made perfectly. So I decided that it was going to be the drink I got itās 5.75$ + 1.75$ ish for the drink total because the strawberry cold foam. So itās like a 7.25$ drink basically for 16oz and before today- I ordered it once, made great⦠ordered second time got no cold foam even though I was charged for it - and then the same thing started happening⦠Iād get the drink and it would be more than over half foam, and yet hardly any strawberry foam.. just the natural matcha foam. This is literally exhausting, itās exhausting to come each day and pay almost 8 dollars for something that keeps getting made wrong. So then I start to ask if I can be charged but my cold foam completely on the side so I can pour it over the top myself when I get to work. Youād think- I paid almost 2 dollars for the cold foam why canāt I have it on the side right? The first two times it was not an issue at ALL and I was handed a small plastic cup with the cold foam on the side and had zero complaints. This morning, I tried to order it just like that and was told that I couldnāt order it on the side because she doesnāt have a button to charge me for the cup⦠Iām already always getting an ice water- charge me again for the ice water or something I do not understand the logic. But if we canāt even make drinks right the first time, how can customers be expected to navigate the loss? Please someone get this sorted, someone pay more attention to the way drinks are going out of this location. Repeat orders back, ask your managers and co-workers if you donāt know on something. I just feel insane every time I try to get a drink and I like the drink when itās made properly! I literally donāt think itās asking too much to get exactly what you order every time. Consistency is something this store needs to practice on. Itās so unfortunate that there are some really great girls that work here, but the bad is outshining them!!! :( Thanks, I hope you guys can get it together - the American people work hard and we waste so much money when we are just trying to buy a guaranteed product. They have a drive-thru feature but I avoided just in case there would be miscommunication so I walked in and ordered the drinks instead, luckily no line on a Saturday at 4pm! Gentleman at front desk was very friendly and helped me with deciding my order. Iād give five stars to him for customer service. In the end, my drink came out awesome! However my husbandās drink came out wrong (again- for some reason just this Starbucks). I asked the guy who made his drink if he could get caramel on the bottom (basically none from what I paid on my order, caramel on bottom and extra whip cream.) his response ā...so you want me to make a new drinkā he took the cup back with attitude and dumped it all out in the sink with a big splash, no apology or excuse me let me redo this for you... When he quickly handed back the drink I looked him in the eye and said āthank you very much I appreciated itā because itās a lot of work I know that and appreciated it but he murmurs under his breath āyeahā and turned as quick as he could avoiding me. Iām sorry I was such an inconvenience, Iām sorry the drink was wrong again and sorry that it had to be wasted down the sink, I cringe at that. I wouldnāt be sorry if it was right in the first place.
Would he have rather I made a big scene about it, I tried to go about it as quiet as I can, this was also why my husband waited in the car for me to order his drink and not have made a big scene about it (he was drunk, not a good look lol). The new-made drink also had no extra whip cream just one round of whip.. But I just let it go afraid heāll hate me...
I work and deal in customer service too and if a customer/client wasnāt satisfied I would gladly re-do it and if someone was being a jerk I would throw kindness at them like itās a disease. I can tell you that he does not enjoy his job, you are in the wrong industry sir. Iād give 1 star but just because of the gentleman at the front desk with my green tea latte with cold foam crisis, Iāll bring it back up to 3 stars.

Btw I worked at Starbucks for many years as a manager(years ago). She was using her hand as a wall for the ice not to fall on the floor but instead fall into the drink. So the ice is literally sliding down her hand going straight into your drink. I also saw her blow her nose multiple times and not wash her hands. Way to get other people sick. Thatās just disgusting. Pour the ice without using your hand. After witnessing this, I asked another worker if she could please have that girl not use her hands because I have a very weak immune system due to my chronic autoimmune disease. If I get sick, I end up in the hospital and I made that clearā¦SHE USED HER HAND! I walked up (nicely) and asked if it could please be remade because i Canāt risk getting sick because I just got out of the hospital 3 days ago and donāt feel like going back. She rudely replied ā I donāt recall using my handā I said yes I was watching. Then again, she replied more rude āI didnāt use my hand but whatever Iāll remake itā and rolled her eyes. Just say okay no worries. Why be so rude? Especially when Iām not even being rude myself. I have a dangerous disease that I canāt help. I just wish people can be more kind and have better customer service. She even was talking crap about me to the other works right in front of me. I hope she quits or something because sheās cross contaminating everything and even with the request to not use her hands because of A customer with a autoimmune disease, she still does.
