QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Loveland

I recently went to Qdoba Mexican Grill for lunch, but the store was closed for renovations. Despite the inconvenience, the experience turned out to be positive thanks to their thoughtful customer service. The lady who greeted me was super nice and friendly, and she gave me a freebie coupon for chips and queso, which was a pleasant surprise.

When it comes to the food at Qdoba, it’s pretty decent overall. They have a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. However, I do miss the mango salsa, which I've been told is permanently off the menu. It was a unique offering that added a fresh and sweet twist to their dishes, and its absence is definitely felt.

One area that could use improvement is cleanliness. The floors sometimes feel somewhat grimy or dirty as you walk on them, and the booths could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. While the food quality and customer service are good, a cleaner environment would significantly enhance the dining experience.

On a positive note, I’m glad they still have the soda machine with lots of flavor options. It’s a fun and customizable feature that I hope they keep. It adds a bit of extra enjoyment to the meal, allowing you to mix and match flavors to your liking.

Overall, Qdoba Mexican Grill offers a solid dining option with tasty food and friendly service. The renovations are likely to improve the space, but in the meantime, attention to cleanliness would be appreciated. Despite missing the mango salsa, there are still plenty of other delicious options to enjoy, and the innovative soda machine remains...

Dont believe their signs or internet listing for store hours. The lazy employees/managers that were working at this store today 5/1/2022, like to shut down way early before the actual closing time!! I walked in at 10:40-P.M. (20 minutes before closing) and even though all the food was still open, sitting inside the burrito bar, uncovered and clearly available to order/eat, they refused to serve me a quesadila because according to them, "they were closed". I asked them if they were still open till 11P.M. and they said "yes"...... I said "well it's not even close to 11-PM yet". Their response? He looks over at the manager (black shirt) who was sitting in a booth just hanging out and he didn't say a word or show a care in the world that they were refusing service 20 minutes vefore close. The kid turned to me and says, "Uh..well.. uh.. I dont know what to tell you man...."

What is wrong with work ethic these days?

But.... that's not all... from there I drove all the acrossed Loveland, all the way to the Johnstown QDOBA by Centera, and guess what!?!? With 5 minutes to spare before closing time, they served me a fresh chicken quesadila and never said a word about the time! That's how it should be! I made sure to give them an extra big tip, simply because they were willing to serve me food at 10:55-PM after the North Loveland QDOBA location refused to serve me at 10:40-PM!!!

North Loveland QDOBA, get your act together or change your store hours to match the terrible work ethic of your lazy...

Edit: after reading the other bad reviews, and seeing that person's picture of a order ticket being folded in his burrito, it seems like y'all are in desperate need of a health inspection. And maybe some fresh training. Wow.

Ordered from door dash. The bag we got was still sealed shut as usual so I know this was not the dashers doing. I got the burrito bowl and my boyfriend got the burrito. We both found MULTIPLE extremely long hairs in each of our items. Other reason why i know it was the employees at this store and NOT the dasher is because you'd have to be making the burrito to get that many hairs in it before folding it. (I understand maybe one hair, accidents happen.) But multiple? In both items??? Do you guys not wear your hair up or anything?? Door dash won't refund us which is a shame. We only got about two bites before we realized. So weird because we loved this location and have never had a problem before. I don't understand how you accidentally get that many hairs everywhere but I also don't understand why you'd do it on purpose. God knows what else you're doing the food now....
