We came here for my sonâs 7th birthday and while the food was good, the service wasnât great.
We had 7:30pm reservations, the restaurant says it closes at 9:30pm - from the moment we arrived, we felt rushed, which completely took away from the special evening we were trying to celebrate.
1/2 way through our dinner (maybe about 8:15pm) they brought out a slice of cheesecake with a candle on it. We had to stop eating to sing happy birthday. My 7 year old son no longer wanted to eat his dinner because he wanted his cake that was sitting right in front of him (can you blame him?)
We werenât even completely finished with our dinner (probably 8:30pm) when they asked how many boxes we wanted and started cleaning and clearing things. My Father in Law joined us for dinner and wanted to see his grandson open his gift he got him, but the entire time they were just reaching in front of us and just making it feel like they wanted us out.
Finally at 8:40pm, we got up to leave (note this is 50 min before the time they close). My daughter and I went to use the bathroom, which was in the process of being cleaned. The man cleaning the bathroom told us it was wet. I thought he was referring to the floors ⌠nope, it was the toilet seats! Both my daughter and I sat down on wet toilet seats. Iâm not sure if it was toilet water or cleaner - either way, it was not ok. If this man knew the toilet seats were wet, he should have taken a moment to wipe them down.
When you spend that kind of money on dinner, I do not expect to feel rushed or that they donât want us to be thereâŚespecially when we were still within their hours of operation. Definitely disappointing. If they plan to close earlier than 9:30pm, they need to properly update their hours...
Read moreI'm going to start this review by inviting you to look at the other reviews. You will notice that 99% of the one star reviews are from people who have only left a single review ever. Pretty suspicious. For those other one star reviews who are frequent reviewers, I think you need to give this place another shot, because I thought it was effing fantastic. They entertained a very large group of us (16 I believe) for my cousins birthday. It was my first time here, but my family frequents this place for many birthdays, I am just from Junction or I would come more often. Our host/chef was named Jonathan and I could not say enough good things about this guy. Again, not only did he entertain and cook for all 16 of us, but everything was perfect, his skills with the spatula and knife were super impressive, the food tasted absolutely delicious, and despite the enormous group all the food was finished at about the same time, so his skills with time management were impeccable. Of the 16 of us, not a single one was unhappy with their food, I can't name another restaurant where a group that large leaves with everybody full and happy. His mastery of juggling eggs with a spatula, throwing fire, and flipping shrimp into people mouths from 15 feet away were quite remarkable. He was an amazing host, and im sure the other staff there is good too, but if I were to return, I would ask for him by name. The food is a little pricey, however, considering you are getting dinner and a show, it was a bargain and well worth it. Not to mention the perfection at which it was cooked makes the little extra cost well worth it. I don't come to Loveland much, but you will...
Read moreThis place is great. We have been to several hibachi places but the food at this place was the best weâve ever tasted. We bought just about everything on the menu because it was my momâs 80th birthday. Youâll notice in the picture people of all ages ranging from two years old up to 80. The guy cooking was fantastic. He had some great moves. Did some cool stuff with eggs and Amazing fire technique and he ended up throwing food in peoples mouth. The dessert was fantastic top-notch and will definitely be back to this amazing restaurant. I would recommend this place to anyone whoâs hungry and wants a fantastic dining experience The biggest test was when my two-year-old ate the entire entire time. She loved the fried rice, the noodles, teriyaki chicken, and the prime rib, as well as some seafood. They also have some great specialty drinks and of course you canât leave without...
