At Home — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

Paid to have a shepherd's hook with a solar light attached on the end delivered to my home. However, only the hook was delivered. No solar light was included. When I called the store, the person who answered the phone sounded as if I just woke her and she was very uninterested in dealing with my issue. She said she had no way of tracking down the delivery driver and I should bring the hook back to the store instead of offering to send another light which defeats the point of having it delivered in the first place. She said when my oder left the store for for delivery, the light was packaged with the hook. So, delivery driver must have missed giving it to me. She asked if Uber delivered it. It is their delivery service, so how would I know who delivered the order? If I didn't other plans and was able to come to the store I would not have paid to have the item delivered in the first place! Unbelievable that was her solution. I will be returning everything I bought At Home and will know better next time! I will not give them my business in the future. ...

Really nice stuff, most of the stuff is really pricey, however our recent experience was uncomfortable. We were there looking for A combined shoe and coat rack. They did not have we were looking for, so we walked around till we found some things and put it in a cart. two of the workers instead of saying hello to us they stared at us and watched us go down and many aisles. At this point I was like, let’s go honey. we get to the register one of our things did not have a label and cashier wanted us to go and find a back up item so that she can scan it. No hello, how are you? did you find everything? Honestly she was kind of zombie looking in the face. Maybe they should try hiring people with better attitudes and give good customer service. it’s funny how we were followed in the store and there was a lady at the register who walked out with merchandise to go get her driver‘s license so that she could apply for a credit card and the manager allowed...

I was so excited to have a new home decorating store in the neighborhood! My family went to pick out some Christmas decorations. First, it's in an old Kmart store. They did nothing to make you feel like it's no longer a Kmart. Seriously, you sell home decor? The aisles were seriously junky and a lot of the items were on the verge of breaking. The pricing is so confusing! Nutcrackers were on sale, but when we got to the register apparently it's only one style. I signed up for 10% off through their website. She told me it takes 3-4 days to get the coupon and was rude about it. We left a cart a cart and went to Target and Home Goods, much happier in the end. I won't be going back there anytime soon! *we went to Home Depot 3 days later and got a 3 foot Nutcracker for less than a 12 inch one there with no dried glue around...
