Sent my husband back a few days later to get the meals we were owed and he asked to upgrade them to the Deluxe meals. Instead of them charging him the difference in price, they charged him 22.00 + for new meals. I had to call again and spoke with a manager that stated he overheard the convo and agreed we should have not been charged anything more than the upgrade charge. He took my name and stated when I come again they would replace my order. So I decided to visit this evening after work and it turned into an extreme NIGHTMARE. I was denied the food after being ask to pull over and wait in the parking lot for 28 minutes because the āmanagerā I spoke with never documented the replacement and I didnāt have the receipt four days later ( which I was never advised I would need to retain) to PROVE we actually were charged again. The young man I dealt with refused to replace my order due to the protocols the owner Stephanie requires them to use. I will NEVER return to this location again. Nobody should EVER feel like they are a criminal returning to a restaurant to collect whatās rightfully owed to them. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went on opening day for breakfast, the parking lot was packed, but there were very few customers. I did a mobile order and processed it on my 2 mile drive to the restaurant. The app said my food would be ready in 6ā8 minutes. I get there walked up to the window and my phone still says the food is being made. So after 15 minutes It felt weird so I asked the gentleman at the counter if my order was ready. He proceeded to hand me a bag of food that had been pushed off to the side and was cold to the touch. Employees inside and outside were laughing and talking, but not checking orders. Iām assuming the staff have to do something electronically to let the customer know their food is ready, and they never did it! So, in addition to having cold food⦠I ordered an English muffin sandwich and received a biscuit instead. I also ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait, and I received it without any fruit!! My iced coffee also tasted like water. It was definitely not a good experience. Iām giving them some leeway since it was day one, hopefully they can turn things around.
