Boot Barn — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

They had a nice selection, however the customer service was not what I was expecting. The manager was rude and we felt like a huge inconvenience. My son had a necklace purchased from their Timonium location that was tarnished. I was told we had to contact the manufacturer, which was fine. We however did not have the receipt and when I asked the associate if they could print one out using our phone number (we have an account) I was told I had to take that up with the manufacturer… but I cannot do that without a receipt. I was excited to shop there, as we drove over an hour and half to get there, but we will not...

Boot Barn is our favorite go to store every year. We are in our sixties and it is really hard to find "Cute" clothes for the wife. The main stream clothing is horrible. Leave it to the Cowboys and Cowgirls to fix that problem!!! We have been married for 33 years and I have always been able to walk into a store and pick out clothes for her, but that became harder as the years went by...thats why Boot Barn is our go to Clothing store!!

If there was a zero star they'd get it. I was there to purchase a pair of Ariat boots. Two attendants, other customers done with their purchases no excuse for a "can I help you". Their topic of conversation was whether to board fold or not... obviously the woman was seasoned, she said she always board folds... having been in retail management I agree with board folding, BUT not when you have a customer in the store!!!!!
