The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Lower Paxton Township

First time ordering from the Vitamin Shoppe. First time coming to this store to pick up an online order. Was interrogated by an elderly Caucasian gentleman as to where I was from (multiple invasive questions even when I said it is inappropriate.) then before leaving wanted to charge me for a drink that I had bought from Target. Inappropriate and unprofessional questioning. There was no useful exchange of information regarding the actual supplements nor any other products. The individual also disclosed personal information about other customers. Again, unprofessional. The store was quiet, just two staff members and myself. I lodged a formal complaint. I recommend customer service training, social cues and respecting boundaries and if you want to engage with customers keep topics related to the actual vitamins/supplements and/or at bare minimum let the customer prompt a conversation off topic.

Great location, store selection of items and extremely polite helpful and knowledgeable staff! The young man who assisted me was so amazing, that was my first visit to your store and he assisted me with my vitamin purchase and was super helpful with assisting me and finding a good full body detox to start before I start my new multi vitamins that I purchased. I also, saw the young man interacting with regular and other customers and he was just as polite with them. The only thing I didn't like is that I put the same address into Wayz and it sent me to Lebanon County and I was to agitated and running up on a deadline that it was impossible to relax and just follow Google's directions.
