First of all, to be fair, I'm not a huge Panera fan. My wife luvs it but I think it's typically over priced. That being said, I usually go along for the ride and order something when she wants food from Panera. 9 times out of 10, I get a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Easy enuf. Food is always good but portions continue to diminish while prices go the other way. Got the pick 2 tonight, to go, and this what I came home to. I really could care less that my soup was 2 ounces short of a 'cup' (8 ozs for those who don't know) but the grilled cheese is about the size of a 1/4 slice of bread. I only included the measuring cup in there as a reference for sandwich size. Salt on the wound was the bag of 6 total croutons for the soup. One silver lining is if I'm really hungry for plain bread, I'm set with a hunk of baguette. Nothing against this Panera in general. Staff was friendly and we were quickly moved thru the to go line. Just wanted to point out that for $7+, you're still gonna be hungry.

This Panera was very crowded at lunch time on a Sunday; however, it was extremely clean and the service was fast. They have the self service stations which make the line go faster and allow you to see what is on each salad, which is pretty convenient. The employees went above and beyond. My comments are for Panera in general and not this location. There are a limited number of gluten free items, and no gf bread which is disappointing considering bread is in the name of the coorporation. I only go to Panera when my gluten loving friends want to go, because I am left salivating over crispy sourdough bread that would not make my intestines happy. Instead I have to settle for an overpriced salad and there are very limited amounts of gf soups with clear broth *sigh*. The smoothies are alright, but once again $5 for a small smoothie that lacks flavor is sort of highway robbery. Pictured here is the autumn squash soup, which is super creamy yet the texture is slightly frothy, and a Cobb salad.

Since you moved the garbage receptical and cleaned the ten years worth of build up that was under it, please consider cleaning the ten years worth of dust on the hanging lights and the food off of the wall. Hopefully this comment comes off as snarky as your employee did. It would be worth noting that deep cleaning probably shouldn't take place literally right next to two people trying to enjoy their food. Disgusting.

Good food, yes, but every time I order: no utensils and no straws WHEN I ASKED FOR UTENSILS?! I asked for EXTRA Mayo, barely any Mayo. Employees are very rude and the manager is disrespectful herself. Don’t go to this location…

Also: I used to work here. I have autism and mental health issues. Panera took me off the schedule for a week all because I had a panic attack because of their manager. I worked here for 5 days and every day they seemed more focused on talking and being buddy buddy then helping make sure I knew how to clock in, they did the clocking in for me.

I come in one day and ask the manager to clock me in and she has THE NERVE to say “don’t you know how to do it? You have been here for 5 days”

I panicked and ran to the bathroom, calling my mom crying and having a panic attack.

Few years later, I decide to come back to this place for a bite with my husband. The manager PURPOSELY messed up our order and didn’t give us some of our food….

The manager is discriminating towards persons with disabilities clearly and holds grudges… and your order will most likely be messed up when you...

Really enjoyed Panera Bread and the quality of the food they prepare. It has been awhile since I was here so I had no idea what had changed. We had a bowl of their clam chowder, which was hot and tasty. Served with a piece of French baguette...delicious. Served on Fridays. There are other soups too available on certain days. We had two of their sandwiches...Roasted Turkey and cheddar with apple slaw on cranberry walnut bread and their Bacon Turkey Bravo with their signature sauce on their tomato basil bread. Both sandwiches were fresh and tasty. You can customize your sandwich if you wish. There is quite a selection of salads, bread bowls, sandwiches and soups, bakery items and beverages. They also serve breakfast. They have a drive through but be prepared to wait as they prepare each one fresh. We found their decor inviting and clean. They have computer ordering and I believe you can also order at the counter. All in all, a great experience, and we will return. It is great to have a place to eat where they serve good...
