Was visiting on vacation, 4 hours away from home. My boyfriend noticed an employee following us around the store and looking me up and down, I had absolutely no sense of this nor did I notice until she followed us outside, tugged on my arm and verbatim said,

"Can you- Can I- Give- Can you give- Oh... Can you- my boss said you took something. Can you give it back?"

I thought this woman was stroking out on the sidewalk-

I was confused and shocked, my boyfriend attempted to pull me away (because we know we didn't take anything) but I voluntarily and loudly emptied my pockets and my small backpack (that never left my back). Needless to say, they did not indicate or state what I had 'stolen.' And until I OFFERED (was never asked) to prove that I in fact had not taken anything, the owner was allegedly on his way over to 'deal with me' as well as the threat of police.

We were in there browsing for 5 minutes, had no interest in the abstractly hung "I love sl*ts" shirts, made our way out and was accused of being a thief on the sidewalk. Makes me wish I would've actually stole something to make the who experience worth mentioning.

Stupid. Absolutely no apology, owner remained hidden and 'unavailable' when I attempted to call and speak with him.

I'll never shop there or the other establishments that he owns, such as Mackinaw Outfitters.

Shop owner had my friend pay for 3 shirts and followed our group out of the store. Upon exiting he almost cause me to trip with how closely he was behind me. as a female I did not feel safe. He was very aggressive with both me and my friends made us search all of our pockets. Causing me to drop my phone and it almost shattered. My phone is over $600 caused me to have heart problems I have a congenital heart defect that can cause sudden death when over exerted by ANYTHING. A $7 necklace accidentally caused this entire situation. Made my friend pay over $100 for the $7 necklaces claiming it was from his store and that it was the only store to sell it when we had been to multiple outlets with the same exact necklace. I would not recommend this place. It’s overly crowded and it’s too easy for an accidents and miscommunication like this to happen. Do not bring your children or anyone for that matter. A slip up or mistake in this store will end up costing...

If I could rate 0 stars I would as my fiancé and I are visiting for vacation. We had gone inside and looked around and I noticed the owner was eye balling us as we looked around. He stayed behind the counter til we were leaving, following uncomfortably close. As we had walked further from the store he continued to follow and stopped and was accusing us of stealing, he wanted us to empty our pockets and search everything. One of my buddies was with us for vacation with his fiancé and we had bought stuff from other stores. he had a necklace from a previous store, note the necklace was seen in multiple stores, he said the necklace is ONLY sold in his store. He was accusing us of stealing from other places, wanting to know where they came from, etc. the approach could’ve been handled better, and the customer service over all wasn’t the greatest.
