Worst experience I have ever been through at a store. We were trying the samples, she then stated that she can help us with the samples, we then said ok, expecting her to come over and help us. She never came to help us. So we continue to sample another piece. She then stated that she can help us with the samples we then said OK again! She stood there some more. Then as I was staring at her waiting she walked over with the most horrible look and started to yell at us. I then stated that I would just buy the soda and water and leave. She then went on to say that its people like us and started to swear at us. As she rang up my water she threw the bottle across the store. I asked what her problem was and she continued to swear at us and call us down. I would never recommend anybody go to that store and buy anything from that...

I purchased a gift card for my Father for Christmas from the outlet in Clearwater for the Outlet in Panama City Fl (because they live 5 1/2 hours away) and when he went to purchase his items the card was not activated. My parents drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back for absolutely nothing. I called the outlet in Clearwater where I purchased the $50.00 gift card and they made a mistake and never activated the card when i purchased it. HOW EMBARRASSING it was for me to get a call from my parents saying there was NO money on the gift card I purchased and HOW EMBARRASSING it was for my parents to have to drive a total of 1 hour and 30 plus minutes to get to the store for them to tell my parents they couldn't use the card....

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The owner was very very rude. Not only to us but other customers in the store as well. My sister, whom I was standing right behind, asked her how much the shirts were and the lady told her where the sign was. As my sister walked away the owner literally rolled her eyes at her! I saw her but didn't say anything. Then I asked her a question and she was very rude to me as well. There was another family that came up to us and said that she had been rude to them also. I put back what I was going to buy because I was not going to give her my money. My sister and I told her how rude she was and then we left.
