First I have to say that the bartender was really nice because I sat at the bar to place my orders. But I didn't have such a good experience with the lobster that they serve over the weekend from the kitchen where John Parker is the cook. I didn't order the whole lobster I ordered the other 6 oz lobster. I was alone and I didn't want to eat there so I took my food home. The lobster was rotten and mushy, it tasted horrid. John Parker is on my friends list because he friended me off Facebook, probably so I would come down there and order. I messaged him about the lobster and showed him a picture of it in the trash and he had absolutely no response to me after I could see he read his messenger. He should have at least told me to come in and get a free meal of the whole lobster. I will never go back there plus the fact that mine was (take out) and the waitress asked for a tip 😱. Went there on prime rib and lobster night. We had a group of 26 . Things got a bit crazy and confusing as another group of about 20 were in the banquet room also. They got really mad as the server set some of the dinners at our tables first before realizing thier mistake. Poor Big John was trying to get food out to everyone not only in the banquet room but the main area also. He and the wonderful server did the best they could under the circumstances but that didn't stop one woman from yelling at him and they all walked out without paying even though almost half of the group had eaten . All I can say is shame on them. When you go somewhere to get lobster or prime rib for 14 dollars you can bet its going to be crazy crowded and when there's only one cook you can expect a long wait. My girlfriend is a member and asked me on a Thursday to join her and boy am I glad that I did the food was really good I had a Reuben it was real corned beef cooked in like a crock pot not sliced deli meat the service was amazing I wish I could remember her name but she was from the air Force and she was the server and she was a rockstar they were doing a football tournament thing for the members and all in all it was a wonderful experience I would love to be able to go there but you need a member to sponsor you or to be a family member of a veteran of a foreign war remember to tip staff since they only work for tips they get no pay it's all on...
