I walked into Bubba Gump, and I got sat down next to the window and it was around 7 o'clock and it was a little bit too hot still so the window in the area was warm. This is before I had even made a drink order. I did not want my food to eat at a warm window, making me sweat, so I got up to ask the hostess about another seat, and then another lady walked out that was chubby. I do not know her name telling me that all the seats were full, which I clearly knew all the seats were full, but there was one table in the middle actually a booth that was in the that was sitting with an empty glass . Explaining to me about the same thing that I already see but clearly there was a table available and tried to have me wait so the hostess did her job but the other lady I'm not sure who she is. I don't know if she's manager or not but she did have a black shirt on and she was chubby. I did not appreciate being talked to like I was a child. I just had a simple request to move tables because of the temperature. I think this was very rude and disrespectful how I was spoken to. As far as the food, the shrimp was great the sauce was great. The tenders was not great. They were small. The meat was very dry but the bourbon sauce is really good for dip Drinks OK but for the price I think it’s worth it. Some of the things on the menu is worth the price. I think the price is very reasonable. portions of food I can’t say now I only tried one entrée and one appetizer was shrimp halfpound. The seating was comfortable. My friend did order appetizers at the same time, but did not get her appetizer until after her entrée came.

Read moreWe finished a sunset cruise and struggled to make a decision on where to eat. It was getting close to 9 p.m. and the restaurant we wanted to eat at was closing. We had never been to Bubba Gump's so decided to try since we loved the movie so much and it was getting late. We were terribly disappointed and will not be returning to this particular location or any other one. The service was horrible. Our server was 10+ minutes to the table for our first encounter. Once he brought our drinks back, he didn't ask if we were ready to order before walking away; we were ready. We waited another 10 minutes before he returned. We placed our orders for one appetizer and one entree. The food was so disappointing. We ordered the sampler - no flavor at all to any one of the items. Bland, tasteless and no seasoning could be tasted and adding salt did not help. The chips didn't even have salt on them. We didn't even finish the spinach/artichoke dip. When the entries came, we were even more disappointed. We ordered the fish and chips. Once again, no flavor to the batter and the cod had a weird flavor. The cole slaw was bland and flavorless and the French fries needed help but the ketchup bottle on our table was empty. We never saw our waiter except in passing and my husband had to chase him down to get our check. We debated whether or not to ask to see the manager but we felt badly because we did eat the food. Options were not many because of the late hour and we were hungry. But when you end your meal wishing you would have had a better experience at Burger King or ordering a pizza, I think there is an issue. Unfortunately, it was such a bad ending to a glorious day we had visiting the area. We eat out very little and look forward to our dining experiences but this was an utter failure. I am sorry that your menu lacks the ability to even come close to being enjoyable and that the service was just as...
