Ski Renter — Local services in Mammoth Lakes

Didn't feel like taking my stuff to Mammoth, so friends found this spot that had cheap rentals and near the lifts.

We had a large group of about 10 or so people and had made appointments to get fitted and pick up equipment. When we got here it wasn't too busy and we got good service, but a few minutes later place got packed and service was sloppy and unprofessional. Staff needs to work on customer service skills

Equipment was your typical worn down boards and boots, but pretty standard unless you get lucky with new products.

Prices are some of the cheaper rentals out in Mammoth

Parking is a good size lot so wasn't hard.

At drop off they had so much stuff out, so we stacked our stuff in a pile, had it checked in and hit the road pretty quick.

Rob, Andy and all the guys here are super helpful! we have twin 12-year-olds and are in Mammoth 5-6 times each season and we ALWAYS rent here. Not only do they have the best prices in Mammoth, but they provide great service as well. One of my daughters has a very wide foot and they always spend time working with her to try to get the boots right. I noticed that some of the other reviews mentioned that they get very busy during Christmas, spring break - every place in town gets busy so you need to understand that if you're coming to Mammoth during peak times. That being said, I definitely would not rent anywhere else and on the couple of occasions we've had to we've always been disappointed compared to what we get at...

I’m not sure if it was the owner or the fellow in charge the last two days, but his understanding and customer service was excellent. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my rental and service. The skis I had rented were actually fairly new Elans and they set them up as I had asked. They also answered several questions about the mountain that I had since I was a first timer. Ive read a few bad reviews here, but I honestly was exceptionally pleased by the customer service and attitude, especially given short staffing during Covid, etc. If you’re renting equipment you’d be crazy not to at least check...
