I am a regular customer of the groceriey outlet at mammoth lakes..I usually visits the store once in a week and spends minimum $70-$100 /week..usually I looking for sales items trying to save some money for the company that I work...most of the time the employees misplace their item and when I reach the billing place they call the manager and says this is not the right price and they put it on the customer they always blame the customer says customer misplaced it.. I usually keep quiet and leave because we all are simple human mistakes can happen from anybody..my question is incase the customer misplaced items whose’s responsibility to place it properly why did they insulting innocent customer.. they usually speak in Spanish and insult the customer the employees think customer don’t understand Spanish..today I faced very bad experience from the employees I pick up some cakes it shows 8 count for 98cent I took a bunch and and they charged from me $89.18 so I question then manager he blame me that she took it from the original place and simply saying it was in sales..I told him it was all the way back in the corner near the freezer how can he blame me without checking the camera and another employee said she do this all the time I couldn’t control my tears they misplace thing all the time and instead of recognizing their mistake they put it on me and publicly harassed me in front of other customers why should I go through this?where is my Justice..I hope the owner can go through the camera and find out how badly your employees behave to...

When I went back to the store to discuss it, the owner's son gaslighted me and pretended not to know what I was talking about. I found the receipts and called the son back, but they claimed he was out. I left a message with my name and phone number, but I never heard from him. In my experience as a resident and regular shopper, the Grocery Outlet in Mammoth Lakes frequently sells products that are expired or contain chemicals deemed illegal to sell by the State and dangerous..
