My husband & I needed to get new shoes for our almost 17 mo old son. The only shoes he has had before were 2 pairs of Carters brand shoes & 1 pair of targets Cat & Jack brand sizes 4 & 5. The Carters were nice but... I wasn't sure what size to get him now or if they were supportive enough so we decided to look for other options. My sister even gave us used crocs as well from my nephew that didn't fit his feet well @ the top of his foot. I ended up calling Greg Balms flying feet since I knew that they measure feet & didn't know where else to take him. Greg who knows my family well back from the days my siblings were runners suggested shoe fly for our son. Flying feet did not have shoes for kiddos as little as mine with that small of feet. I have never been here before and didn't know what to expect I was just looking for a cheap pair of shoes for the Gym when I came in I was immediately greeted by Dan "The Shoe Man" lol. I am in sales myself and always negotiate everything but I met my match with Dan. He is the best salesman/ customer service focused person I ever met. He was funny and kind. He measured both of my feet and did a computer analyzes of my free. Turns out I have been wearing the wrong size for year's and explains my foot pain. went in today met a salesman extremely professional told him I didn't have a lot of money. He spent at least an hour with me try to find the right shoe at a price I could afford very nice person. I believe it was his manager came by and and explained why slip on weren't my best option because of my flat feet I could get an orthotic to correct me arch of get tie ups that have arches. the salesman showed me some tie up Hokas on sale that fit perfectly and could feel the difference between my old slip ons and these. new shoe definitely made my feet feel and legs feel better .
