My company orders from CC at least once a week. We have always been happy with the service that we receive until the merger with Mr. Delivery. We have ordered from there twice since the merger and both times the order was extremely late and cold. The drivers are the same and they are very pleasant and apologetic but when we call to talk to someone about why this keeps happening they blame the driver or the restaurant when indeed it is neither ones fault. The driver told us last time that they were instructed by dispatch to deliver food to a place further out then us before delivering our food which is what made the driver so late and the food so cold. Again today we placed and order only to find out it will be 30 minutes later than the quoted time. We called the restaurant and they have the order and are on time just waiting on the driver. This never happened before the merger. We now need to get a new delivery place so we can stop using...

There was a glitch two days ago in their system, and they claimed to not have received my order when I inquired 2 hours later. So I put in an order elsewhere but it wouldn't go through because CC took my money out of my account (although they ALLEGEDLY didn't receive my order). Then an hour later I get another email stating that I did order from them (duh) and would I still like it? (It's now more than 3 hours and my family is starving). I said yes because I thought for sure they would give a discount after all the issues that were not on our end. I asked for a discount considering I had tried to order elsewhere but was prevented because of insufficient funds due to CC!!!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a very poor experience. The food was late and also cold. I called the restaurant and got the number for the āmanagerā whom I later found out was the actual owner. Chad argued with me at lenth about my situation and even at one point told me that I should put my cold wings in the microwave. ( the owner of the company based out of York told me to do this) I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time on the phone just to revive a refund for food I was not going to eat. It literally took a person from the logistics management of the franchiser to hear me out and refund my money. I have never in my entire life had such a poor customer service experience, ever. I also manage a restaurant and wound never in a million years treat a customer they way I was treated. Never once did Chad even mention that this was his company.
