Boot Barn — Local services in Manhattan

I went into boot barn to get a new cowboy hat a few days ago for an event the next day. I had to basically force the sales person to help me, after finally convincing her to help me, she seemed to know even less about cowboy hats that I do. After figuring out what hat I wanted, she tried to convince me to not buy it. I told her that I liked it and I wanted it. After buying she told me that she would have it ready and shaped by the next morning. I came in the next because I had never gotten a call and I really needed to get my hat, they told me it wasn’t ready and they would have it finished by 2 pm and call me. I waited for them to call me, just for them to never call me. I went in the next morning because I was tired of waiting, just to find out that the hat was ready. I was told that she called me and left a message, but I never got a call and there isn’t a voicemail. I talked to the sales person after getting my hat and she also was quite rude, surprisingly. My daughter walked in to purchase a pair of jeans. When she found a pair, she took them to the register. The lady named Melanie asked her who helped her. My daughter said nobody.
