I wanted to order a frosted root beer for my daughter which I have had from other stores and never had a problem. This store refused to make one, told me it was because they couldn't ring it up, I told them I would pay extra for the ice cream and the drink or pay for another equivalent item like a frosted lemonade or shake. I even asked to speak to the manager. I felt like everyone had gathered at the register to see how the manager would explain to me that this store would not be making this drink. It was very awkward and embarrassing. There was no need to make a deal about my simple request. I have no issues paying for a product but it is unnecessary to make a big deal about something that is an easy request that I am asking to purchase. I ended up asking for a root beer without ice pouring half out asking for a straw and a spoon as well as making another purchase for a icecream cup so I could mix it myself. The manager again said they couldn't make this drink because there was no way to ring it up, his excuse is not acceptable because I explained to him how to charge for the items appropriately to account for the cost, there isn't a button to put in the 10 seconds of extra effort to blend it up for the customer. This store also doesn't allow you to purchase large strawberry lemonade which again is ridiculous. I love Chicfila but this experience left a really bad impression and makes me want to tell others about the lack of customer service at this individual store. I have never had a bad experience at any of the other many Chic-Fil-A stores that I have been too and will continue to be a customer at other locations that the staff...
Read moreMost of the staff are kind, fast, and professional and doing a great job. The atmosphere is rushed, frantic, fast-paced, overstimulating, and stressful. I couldn't dine in here without having a panic attack. The food is good, for fast food it's better than other places and not greasy. But the pickles on the chicken sandwiches are pointless and gross, and after I eat here, I feel like I ate too much, but only consumed warm air. It's weird it's like something is missing in the food. I think it's the fast pace of the place that makes me feel rushed and anxious when I eat. Some of the staff in the drive-through sound rehearsed like they are reading a script and are paid to be overly upbeat. Life isn't that joyful. It would be better if they were just authentic and relaxed, not overly fake, upbeat, and rehearsed. I get that these kids are working fast food and have to be nice, but on a bad day, their overly upbeat scripted greetings are irritating and noxious. Overall I'd rather eat here on my trip to Walmart than Sonic ( puke) or McDonald's (crap) or Taco Johns ( horrible low-grade...
Read moreThe person who took our order was GREAT! Very pleased with my experience at this location just because of this person. The atmosphere was that of most fast food chains. Busy during the lunch rush, noisy, but very clean and seemed to be well managed and staffed for the time of day. The food....for a place that only serves chicken, it was really, very unimpressive and, if I'm being honest, borderline unenjoyable. I got the spicy chicken for myself and the chicken nuggets for my kids. The spicy chicken had a soapy aftertaste that was incredibly off-putting. The level of spice was good (not so spicy I couldn't taste anything else but spicy enough to warm my tongue and encourage me not to waste any of my drink lol). The chicken nuggets were extremely basic and just....bland. The waffle fries were equally unimpressive. I've had better tasting spicy chickens and chicken nuggets at mcd's, bk's, and other fast food places that done "specialize" in chicken. Overall the food was edible but I wouldn't eat here again if there are other options to choose from. GREAT...
