Croft and Sterns is an amazing, client focused jeweler. A couple months ago I had my wedding ring retipped. I was so pleased and grateful for their beautiful work! While I was there I just had to look at all the gorgeous rings they had on display- stunning! Many one of a kind designs. Of course I fell in love with one of them. Two weeks later I (thought) I lost my ring in the community, I was devastated!!! Kelly, Kurt, Justin, and the rest of her team worked with my insurance company so quickly that we were able to have Croft and Sterns remake the entire wedding ring. Then as luck would have it I found my ring, cancelled the insurance claim and the remake of my ring. BUT unbeknownst to me Kelly and my husband were working behind the scenes to surprise me with the ring I fell in love with while first there. On their Grand Opening celebration in August I had asked my husband to go with me to meet Kelly and her team (because I absolutely appreciated everything they had done to help me out) and to see this amazing gorgeous tourmaline ring that I had fallen in love with. Well when we got there the ring was gone and I was disappointed but as I was showing him other beautiful rings he asked me if I still wouldn't prefer the original tourmaline ring --- Kelly had slipped it behind his back when I was looking at other rings and talking with another sales associate. My husband presented and opened the ring box--- there was this gorgeous ring! I was SHOCKED and started to cry. It was truly a wonderfully Blissful moment that I never in my wildest dreams imagined. It could not have been done without Kelly and her amazing team ( and my amazing and thoughtful husband!) who all knew about the upcoming surprise. I am eternally grateful and will not be taking my rings off in the gym in the future, ever!!!
A while ago, my wife’s diamond fell out of her ring on a walk. We hunted and hunted for it and never found it. We’d go back and forth on replacing it and the hemming and hawing turned into years of no stone in her ring. It became time to get her a replacement diamond. I did a Google search for jewelers near me and Croft & Stern came up. I checked out their site and saw a chat function. Great! That’s right up my alley. I texted before they opened on a Saturday) and heard back just a tiny bit after they opened. We decided to visit the store to see what we were looking at as far as pricing. We met Kelly and she listened to our story, understood what we wanted and showed us what was in stock. None of the diamonds really spoke to my wife, and Kelly said it was no problem because she could order more and we could come back. We set an appointment and went back the following Wednesday. When we arrived, we were greeted right away and Kelly had everything ready to show. Three different diamonds, all lab grown and very high quality. The pricing was so much better than we expected (On our first visit, Kelly told us they are very competitive) and my wife found the one she’s been waiting for. We paid a deposit and left the ring. I received a text two days later saying the ring was finished and we went to pick it up. We met with Kurt and he seamlessly helped us finish the process. It turned out absolutely stunning and perfect! Croft & Stern never tried to upsell us. Their priority was our satisfaction and everything from the store, meeting, paperwork and pickup were top notch. I’ve found the jewelry store I will 100% recommend to friends and family and be a...
Read moreMy family and I were just at Maple Grove’s Chalk Fest and got caught in a sudden downpour. Along with everyone else at the event, we sought shelter under the nearest awning we could. With our 2 small children, we were huddled with several others trying to wait out the worst of the rain until we could get our children to the car. An employee stepped out of the store and told us we couldn’t block the door so we shuffled over to leave the door accessible. The manager, Josh, came out two more times to tell us that he didn’t want us there and that we needed to leave. I explained to him that dozens and dozens of people were crowded under awnings up and down the entire street and we were just trying to shelter our small children from the worst of the storm until we could get to our vehicle. Mind you he was holding the door wide open while yelling at us so we were clearly no longer blocking it. He didn’t care and kept telling us to leave and that he didn’t want us to stand there. 0/10 for this place and I will go out of my way whenever possible to...
