07/19/25 This is an intriguing new addition that shows promise but is clearly still in its early stages of development. Located in the old Macy's, it is a very large space within the mall. The center is designed to showcase a variety of vendors, most of whom cater to the Hmong community, though the atmosphere is welcoming to everyoneregardless of background. Currently, much of the space remains mostly empty, with a limited number of vendors open and operating. There are signs of growth and effort. Many booths are clearly being set up or undergoing finishing touches, so it feels like the center isn’t quite ready yet. That said, there are already plenty of discounted items available, and those who enjoy browsing for bargains may find something of interest. A small arcade tucked inside adds a fun and nostalgic touch, especially for families or younger visitors. While it’s not a major draw on its own, it adds a bit of entertainment value to the space. The vision behind the Pan Asian Center appears to be a culturally rich, community-focused hub with retail, food, and entertainment, but it still needs time to come together. If you’re nearby and curious, it’s worth walking through, especially if you’d like to support new local vendors or learn more about the Hmong community’s offerings. However, if you're expecting a fully operating marketplace experience, it may be best to check back in a few months once more vendors have moved in.

Honestly, at this point, it looks like a big rummage sale. There are random areas set up with tables and merchandise, but most of the area is still empty. Hopefully, it becomes similar to Hmong Village, as this is what I think a lot of us were envisioning.

I can see the vision, but it's not fully there yet. I will definitely leave a better review down the road once this place is complete. It feels like they opened very early and unprepared... Half of the store downstairs is completely empty, things are all clustered together in the center so it's just a Halo husk in the background, the elevators are open in the upstairs is open as well but there is like barely anything going on no chairs no tables no merchandise no food... It's it's almost like the backrooms upstairs. They had some neat stuff in their flea market area downstairs, but not a whole lot really worth all the hype. I was really excited for this place to open but it seems like they're still working on getting things together. All the employees were super friendly though, an extremely helpful with questions and information. I see this place has lots of potential but it's probably going to...

Resellers and fake merchandise like fake labubu figures and fake pokemon cards sold higher than retail price. Lots of other cheap product for high costs. There's tons of empty space and it feels like a garage sale in a store. There could be potential, but there's no decent product. Its all cheap drop shipping fake stuff. Not worth the time...
