I don't understand how this place is even open. The lack of professionalism coupled with the horrible fishy smell, is why I will never go back here. Today is Friday and we made our appointment for a couples massage for Valentine's Day wknd on Monday. Obviously someone dropped the ball bc they had no clue about our appointment and were unable to even relay this to us. I'm okay with people not speaking English but if you're running a business, someone should at least be able to communicate when a problem arises. Anyway all they were able to say was "Busy. No room. One minute." While showing us another address and pointing down the road. They gave us a card with the address and led us out the door. At this point, I'm thinking OK this must be another one of their businesses (which it was) and they can take us there instead bc they were talking on the phone with someone who I thought was at the other establishment. Aggravating, yes but okay cool. So we take the time to ride to the new address which is "New Massage" instead of "Massage" and surprise, they look just as confused as the first place. They said that they are full too and don't know why they even sent us there....

If you were to change your price you should’ve thrown these old card away and not leave it in the front where customer can still take some . Me and my husband both got the 1 hour massage . But I am pregnant so I can’t lay on my stomach so she can only massage my neck shoulder and legs . But I understand that they’re short staff okay that fine but she kept leaving me to go greet people at the door . I wouldn’t mind if she added a little more time for all those time she left me to go greet customer . My time were cut off she left the room and leaving me laying there more then 5 time . Should’ve giving me a discount or something cause one I didn’t even get my full hour or a full massage because I was pregnant. Never coming back here again very disappointed. Made an appointment with the verbal agreement of 50 bucks each and the unintelligible lady confirmed four times that 100 bucks was the price for 2 people. We call to find the exact location and tell her we are the 5 o clock appt and she tells me they're busy and come at 530. We get there (no certificates posted or health rating) and they demand 60 bucks and tell us we "listened" wrong. Its poor speaking foreigners that aren't certified and give the same massage now matter which type you desire. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I'm all for equality but the lady didn't care about our business and repeated that we listened wrong...GO...
