Cero stars, Already write a review on their site, but was deleted. Apparently they just want good reviews to keep their business, Copy: No furniture, Ashley just sell Pieces to be assembled. If there were any star ratings available for this product, I would give it a low rating. There are no stars at all. I bought an item from Ashley before, but this one was very difficult to assemble. Instead of saying they sell furniture, the store description should mention that the furniture requires assembly. It feels misleading because they advertise furniture, but you actually receive unassembled pieces. Assembly is an additional service they offer for a fee. In my case, the pieces for this particular item were not labeled at all, or they were mislabeled. Additionally, the pieces didn't fit together properly. This experience makes it feel like they're selling something they're not - assembled furniture - and then hit you with extra costs for putting it together. On top of that, their delivery service is slow. Even if you need the item right away, expect to wait at least 5 days, and cancellations are not an option. To make matters worse, if there's an issue with the pieces not fitting and you request their service to check it out, be prepared to wait again. Additionally, they expect the customer to have special tools on hand to make adjustments themselves! She attempted to fix them by sanding them down to fit. When we requested that she check the remaining pieces to ensure proper fit, she refused. She stated that if we wanted the other pieces checked, we would need to call again and wait another week. Essentially, Ashley Furniture has taken our money without resolving the problem. We are currently unable to use our bunk bed, and we lost a day of work due to this issue. Now, we have to wait another week for someone else to come out and inspect the remaining pieces.

Went to Ashley in McDonough yesterday & ordered two same size ottomans. Got home and realized I just wanted one super sized one (which they had). I had my 7 year old grandson Rowland with me both days! A sweet girl named Keanna (Kay) helped us both days. She was absolutely the BEST associate I’ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable and super helpful! Most importantly my grandson just loved her. She was amazing with him. She let him ā€œhelpā€ with the transaction explained what she was doing & why. He spoke of her for the rest of the day on Monday. When we went back Tuesday, he ran in the store & said yes we need to speak to Kay! She high fived him and again got us through the cancellation of Mondays purchase & the sale of the new ottoman. He stuck right with her in the store and told her he wanted to come work with her! šŸ˜‚. So he says JuJu can we tell her boss how nice she is? I said of course. We found him and I let Rowland explain to him how much he loved her. The manager (super nice) pointed at me & said who is this? He said this is JuJu. He said JuJu she would appreciate a review online if you don’t mind! I said of course! This is the first time I’ve shopped Ashley. Wonderful experience, great selections, OUTSTANDING staff! Thank you Kay for your great help. Thank you most of all for engaging with my little meatball! You left a great impression on him! You’re the BEST!

If I was able to rate -0 I would I will never purchase as much as a table lamp from Ashley's. We have been waiting for over a month for our dining room set. We received a call from them 2 weeks ago stating the set would be delivered the day of the delivery we get a call from the delivery people stating that the warehouse loaded the wrong legs for the table and ask if we wanted to wait for the correction or proceed with the delivery minus the table legs. We stated that we will wait for the entire set to be delivered we then get a call from Ashley stating that the complete set would be delivered today. Delivery comes and what do you know it was still missing the dam table legs! Even after all the back and fourth calls and text messages we are still missing the table legs. So not only do I not have a dining room set for my family and I to eat at because we got rid of the old set but I now have furniture that I can't use at the moment taking up space in my home. I have called the location that I made the purchase at and apparently they are only helpful when your in store to buy something so I told them to have my table legs here buy the end of the week or they will need to come pick up what was delivered and refund me my funds. This has truly been the worst furniture shopping experience I expected more from Ashley.

If I was able to rate -0 I would I will never purchase as much as a table lamp from Ashley's. We have been waiting for over a month for our dining room set. Never again will I ever shop at this store again!! Ashely Homestore, McDonough Ga. I applied and received a card that allowed the purchase of a mattress, cover for it, because w was told I had to have it to. Guarantee the mattress. The sales Mgr Chris no last name given said he was throwing in this $199.00, because no one in their right mind should even consider this do call pillow, for you can’t even keep your head on the thing because it slides. Well I was charged $99.00 for it without knowing it. The promotion was suppose to allow a minimum of 30 day to try out to see if it suited your body. Well I wasn’t given that opportunity. In the promotion I was allowed 90 days to try out, and was suppose to be given the Opportunity to change out the mattress at least once ...that didn’t happen. I called four days before the 30 days were up to try to set up a date for them to pick up the mattress which would have cost me $99 for them to pick up. I was myth with hostility and disrespect to even allow myself to explain why I wanted it picked up. To this day the mattress is still at my house. I have called corporate for synchrony bank Twice. I was told by one of their Reps that they should have just picked up the mattress and credit back my card. The Representative which I choose not to name but if needed I will name said she sent an email to the manager whose name is Rachatd White. That email was never answered. I called back again got another Representative that said she resent the email but notice so far it has not been answered. Never again will I shop at the store nor will this bill get paid because they didn’t honor their part. Now I have all my correspondence if anyone wants to see them I sent a copy of their promotion with my letter. No correspondence yet. This mattress had my body wrecked with so much pain I could no longer stand even trying to sleep on it I would wake up crying in my sleep my body hurts so bad. I understand CBS 46 news has had a similar situation reported. Once I saw how they were treating me I went back to Look at their reviews and it was a 2.9 at the time that was in October now it’s a 4.9 I believe how could that be? Something’s not right. As far as I know the store does not allow customers or clients to return anything even if the damage was theirs before received. I don’t know how they stayed in business for so long. I was with my sister when I went into the store I knew nothing of the store before that. Looking forward to someone contacting me about the situation because I have already contacted the credit bureau which the account is not there yet. I wrote a letter anyway

Save yourself a headache, Don’t waste your time! Very disappointed in this store. Check the negative reviews, this seems to happen often. My husband & I are getting ready to welcome our baby into the world so we showed up to purchase new furniture on 11/12. We found a perfect set with the help of Greg and it was to be delivered on 11/30. We received a call on 11/26 stating that our item is on back order and has been delayed to 12/8. On 12/2, we were notified via email that our delivery has been delayed again until 12/21. We promptly went to the store to figure out what was going on and why in the world we were allowed to purchase something that was on back order without being notified as we would have went with something that was available. Spoke with Greg and he told us that a PO was attached to our items and was guaranteed for it to be ours and delivered on the 21st. He also stated everything was in stock except for the main piece of our sectional which is causing the delay. But it was to be at the warehouse and to us on the 21st. Today, 12/18, I call to make sure we’re still on schedule and am told it’s been delayed now until the 12/26 and that our recliner is now also out of stock so it won’t be delivered until 12/29. When we were in the store i explicitly stated that I did not want to keep getting pushed off with the delivery date and was told the PO guaranteed that the furniture was ours. Turns out the PO doesn’t mean anything as now our recliner isn’t available when it once was. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. We now have to scramble and go somewhere else to buy furniture before our baby is born. Sucks because we really loved and we’re looking forward to the furniture we picked out but they literally can’t deliver on their promises. Greg was great, but he should have divulged that the furniture we picked was on back order so we could decide if we still wanted it. Edit to add, I spoke with a representative from the store and stated that If they cannot get our furniture to us by the 21st as promised then we want to cancel because we don’t want to keep having our time wasted as we are already in a time crunch. Attempted to speak with the manager as I need answered now so I know to start shopping elsewhere, and after being on hold was told that the representative spoke with the manager & explained the situation and that they were going to try to reach out to the warehouse. The manager never even attempted to speak with me and offer any solutions. I was told that when Greg gets in this afternoon that they would have...

If i can give them a zero star, i would. They delivered my bedroom set today, and the headboard was wrong. Asked the delivery person to set up the bed frame and matress, and he refused. He said he couldn't cause the headboard was not the correct one. Called Ashley and went around to the store where i bought the bedroom set at Mcdonough and spoke to the salesman who sold me the bed set. Did some checking and came back and said there was no mistake on his side and that the delivery person is responsible for picking up the items and delivering and setting it up to the customer. This whole process is one major cluster F*. I've been waiting for 20 minutes for an answer to what they gonna do getting my headboard that i purchased. The manager had the audacity to tell me to calm down, knowing that people spend thousands of dollars in this place. I will still need to get a few mote furniture, but i will not buy it from ashley!

Update: 06-21 The manager at this Location Julien is truly unprofessional, went at the store yesterday, and spoke to them about delivery and setup of the bed and how the contractor responsible for delivery and setup totally messed up the delivery of the items i purchased. Today, i went by there cause i didn't hear from them after julien said they would call me yesterday or he would call me this morning for the update. manager Julien was extremely rude and told me to calm down and sit down, which is not how you treat a customer who is disgruntled by the delivery service and in effectiveness of the store management team to coordinate with their delivery contractor and to provide the customer with adequate updates let alone keeping their word to call and update the customer when they say so, this feels like used car dealership tactics. From the manager trying to direct the customer to do his will until the lack of blatant follow-up. Therefore, i canceled the order and asked for a full refund. I took my business somewhere else, and this is how service should be rendered. Selected products we wish to purchase were given multiple options to meet the desired financial arrangement. After everything was agreed upon, scheduled delivery, authorization for products, the showroom service rep provided us with their personal contact info, days off in case we need to reach them during the schedule delivery process. None of these things was done by anyone at Ashley's, which shows a lack of commitment as well as professionalism to and for the customers patronizing their store. Save yourself a headache and stear clear of Ashley furniture store...
