We came at a very, very slow time on a weekday. Maybe a dozen guests in here total. There were several employees just wandering around and whenever we wanted to do an activity we had to go searching for one to help us. Then when we would find them, they looked totally lost and confused. This wasted a LOT of time. One of the employees told me that the Wipeout area was closed and did not bother trying to find the owner to help turn it on. I had to do go find someone else and they found the owner to turn it on. Then when we wanted laser tag, the employee went inside and then came out and told me that the equipment for the game hadn't been charged. Seriously? When it was time for us to play virtual reality, no one was around to help AGAIN. An employee finally walked up and I asked if someone could help us and she just nodded blankly. When I went in the bathroom, there was no soap and an employee walked in and I mentioned the issue. She said, "I don't know how to work the soap dispenser... There's hand sanitizer in the hall..." 🤷 Turns out the soap dispensers didn't even work even when they put soap in them. Another employee told a person I was with that the Sky Rider was closed right now"... Give me a break! It appears that this place is mainly run by young teenagers who are not trained well nor are they expected to have any type of communication skills or customer service skills.
There was another incident where I asked an employee what the weight limit was on the Sky Rider because one of the people with me weighed over 250 lb. At first she tried to tell me that they should be fine because a lot of "big people" have been on it. What does that mean? That is relative to what you think is "big"! Thankfully I asked if she could confirm that with the owner and it turns out there's a 225 lb weight limit! That could have been a terribly unsafe assumption if I hadn't asked for confirmation.
I do want to give props to the cafe employee. She was very friendly and helpful. Food was fresh.
Overall this was a very mediocre experience and not nearly worth the amount of money...
Read moreOur regular urban air is the sneville location today was our first here. We arrived around 1230. The facility is clean the youthful workers are quick to help loved that! I purchased 3 platinum passes. It was perfect for my youngest son 9 but as for my teen 16 and I well not so well at this location it is rather smaller so the trampolin areas are very restricted in size for older guest who also love trampolines. Every trick he attempted he almost busted his butt due to the trampoline sizes which discouraged him to jump. And of course he is to tall to use the other attractions. The Lazer tag was very fun they do not (well didn't when we went) have this at the sneville location but they did have go karts. My only cons are technical we paid for everything sadly 4 attractions were closed and they were my son's favorites both the basket ball hoop trampolines, the spinning gladiator thing and the obstacles court that's just above your head not the one you swing around on the one they can climb on. Now this was a bit disappointing I feel if the facility knew these attractions were closed some type of compensation should had been made for the day I didn't understand why they were charging full price knowing these star attractions weren't operating my youngest was so sad. I will say to some of the floor staff watching the attractions lay off them phones you have to be attentive I only had to chat with one worker she as not supervising the line to a attraction the VR to be exact my son kept getting cut although he was waiting patiently in the line she was allowing kids to cut in front of him and my son won't say anything but after the 3rd time I went and asked her if she was even watching the line because we had been patiently waiting she shrugged her shoulders and still allowed the other kids to go that kind of behavior isn't it your job is to maintain a fair and safe flow for all the kids some areas also got a bit "too" rough will I return SURE only with my youngest son though and I'll do a walk through...
Read moreMy kids had a great time, however I see this place either being shut down or sued in the future. First and most horrifying: the area next to the basketball goals has a fairly large gap between 2 trampolines that are divided by nets but open up to the cement area under neath the trampolines. Within seconds, My 2 year old walked into the gap and was literally dangling between the bottom area of the trampoline and the cement underneath the trampolines (it almost looks like an open basement area)!! Thank God my husband quickly saw her dangling before she dropped underneath the trampolines!!! Please watch your children of all ages in this area, I can’t imagine all the dangerous possibilities that lie underneath there but I’m sure death would be one of them!! Imagine a small child’s head being hit by the force of a heavy person jumping on the trampolines above…..
The entire place is run by what look like teenagers, one of which I saw working to repair part of the playground area while still allowing children to play in the area he was repairing. I noticed a closed sign and used duct tape lying on the ground so I asked if it was closed and he said no and allowed children to play. 10 minutes later, the first adult I saw showed up and told kids the area was closed because it would be dangerous for them to play while the same young man was repairing it. There is no supervision. Long strands of duct tape were hanging from sections of the interior playground. Many attractions were closed due to maintenance. Restroom had no paper towels which means they aren’t cleaned because we went on a Thursday (less patrons) shortly after opening. There is trash, dust and grime in all areas throughout the facility so it’s evident that they do not clean or sweep daily. my kids did have a fun time but they really need to invest in safety and sanitation more than they...
