We'd passed by this place a bunch while coming to our appointments on the street. We finally managed to have time to have a look around. 4 yo daughter picked up a Cardinal ornament (the exact same you'd find on Amazon, so not some priceless artificant) and was petting it while we walked around. Employee asked if we were going to buy it and my wife and I responded "probably unless she finds something else". The employee looked at us like we were dumb so my wife said, "is it not ok for her to hold it?" Employee was worried about it breaking, which is fine, we would have paid for it... the whole $10. But how she said everything was plain rude. My wife got irritated and said we should leave, on the way out the employee made sure to throw out a sarcastic "see ya" ...really?...

Such great service and selection. I walked in and asked if they had any Tole lamps and the owner knew she had two tucked away, she took one out and and I was definitely buying both. Now this is why they get 5 stars, one of the lamps shade was inadvertently left out of the packaging and I didn’t realize until later that day. I emailed, quickly got a response, and the owner delivered it to my work at the time we agreed upon....

Worst service. We went in ready to purchase last minute Christmas gifts and the lady looked like she was about to convulse when she saw our daughter holding an ornament…that we were gonna purchase…that was $10….from a bowl of a dozen other ones that were from Amazon. I know that because we had just came across that ornament on Amazon the day before. Come here if you want to experience a Karen in her...
