Il start by saying i literally never write reviews, and i am sad i feel compelled to type this out.

I Have eaten here multiple times in the past all 5 stars this is why me and my wife came back on new years eve 2023, we were seated promptly as it was about 50 ish percent occupied, our waitress “audrey t” asked what we wanted to drink and got them quick, then the night went down hill fast, we ordered an appetizer which was the queso and was great…. Audrey comes back after about 15 min and says “you two want anything else?”….yea dinner, ok fine no big deal, dinner comes out tastes great everythin was perfect……thennn 45 minutes go by before she ever says another word to me and my wife, we push the plates to edge to give some sort of signal she walks past us over 20 times doesn’t say a word, goes outside laughs with co workers and is in clear eyesight of me and my wife, the next interaction is she puts the check down and says “ have a good night” i said “excuse me do you guys not serve dessert here?” And she goes oh yea you want dessert? I obviously said no, now its hard to recreate the tone and attitude in a review like this but i said “ is there a problem here?” And she smiles and says “no theres no problem “ …..im just a regular guy going out with my wife to have dinner im not looking to be a problem but i dont think ive ever had service this bad in my life on top of the attitude and clear disregard for us, i still have no idea what the problem was, needless to say its not a knock on the owner ship or the chef i love this place and the food and every other time the service has been amazing, and i will go back, if it was packed and super busy id understand if she looked stressed out or something id understand but being clearly ignored when shes helping other tables right around us...

Update: I took the manager's invite and returned, I'm glad I did, it was worth every bit. This time my husband and I had burgers, these things were massive, but so juicy and flavorful, I had the waffle fries again. They were really good the last time, and they were as good this time again. My husband tried the green beans and we were sold! Wow, the butter/garlic combo. Delish! This time isn't of having the frose that was good the last time, I tried the Texas squeeze, didn't disappoint either. Our burgers were so big, we couldn't finish, so doggy bag for us. Though the place was busy, service again, was friendly and fast. So my apologies for the prior not so complimenting remarks. I guess the 1st time I came things were off, but you guys truly made up for it. Shot out to manager Jonathan for the invite, Mr Ruben for his hospitality and Keegan, our waiter was really cool. My God, it had been a long time since I had such terrible food. My husband and I had simple dishes catfish and shrimp basket and a turkey club. We also had the crackers and cheese appetizer. The amount of salt in our main dishes were unbearable. The catfish had a hard shell of coating and extremely salty, my sandwich was also salty, I can't tell if it was the turkey or the bacon. But we couldn't eat half of the dish. Service was great, I believe our waitress was Lisa. Very hospitable and friendly. I had a frose drink that truly had alcohol and was pretty good. The only 2 reasons I gave 2 stars. The ambiance was also nice. But our bill was $75 that wasn't...

We were so excited to visit that place yesterday. There is massive social media propaganda about this place and was on our bucket list from long time. I can start with location-very nice are and beautiful area, huge shade and plenty of space between tables. Definitely family friendly and well maintained place. All of the good things stop here. I can rate food with 2 stars. Nothing impressive, French fries not hot, even my kids didn’t like it. The bread on my cheddar cheese steak was old and not fresh at all. For the prices that we paying my expectations was way more than that. Very very pricey and overall not worth it. Service - even worst. I am server and know how to handle customers. Young boy come to our table, didn’t introduce with name or so, when I asked additional questions about draft beer or something outside it’s look like he didn’t know the menu and the varieties of the beers that they have. The food came out fast but waiting and looking for our server to refill water to bring our checks no attention at all. At the end the main problem was checks. Asked for checks and he he showed me the amount on his handheld device, no receipt, no itemizing-nothing. How the hell I can be sure that this is our bill and how to verify that- absolutely dump decision. Just because we were party of 7 I didn’t have a chance to see if they add tip automatically to the bill or not. Of course we tip well enough but this is not correct. What if I need my receipt and paying with my corporate card for my expense report? Big expectations and not...
