I just moved here and I paid for a mattress, box, and frame on Friday he said they were booked for deliveries so Sunday was the earliest that they could do. Sunday comes no one delivered and set up my bed and mind you I threw my blowup mattress away. No one called and said anything. So I called them the following day he said they will deliver it that day. I asked what time I needed to be at home he said they would call an hour before they come sooooo I had a missed call from a 909 number (CA) no voicemail or text message. Then about 2 hours later received a missed call from a 901 number and called them back as soon as possible. He said he been by my apartment but no one came to the door and that I needed to call the store. The man at the store didn’t have no understanding that I asked him for a time to be home and the fact that I was expecting a phone call from the store because he told me out of his mouth he will call when they are on the way. I basically blamed me and said I will have to come pick up my own furniture. I was like huh? He said or I can get my money back but they are going to take out 25% at this point I felt scammed because you said it was going to come on Sunday but it’s Monday and still I don’t have my bed and apparently it’s my fault because yall delivery sucks. So then he gone say he will give me $20 back and just deliver the bed hisself like tf i don’t own no freaking tools so now I’m about to have all this shit in my apartment with no way to set it up. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL folks yes they are cheap but everything cheap ain’t good. If I can give them -75 stars I swear I would. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
