About a month ago my family and I visited this Longhorn in our neighborhood. It hasn’t been great for a while it used to be one of our favorite places to go. The service was disgusting. We waited over an hour for our meal to arrive and when it did it was cold and wrong. My daughters steak was brick hard and cold. Both mine and my mother’s ribeye were well done and should’ve been medium. Spoke with a manager who apologized and remade the food only for it to be wrong again. Manager offered us a small discount and a free appetizer card. Well this past Saturday we decided to visit again and the service was worse. The waitress (same as last time) was rude and snippy. All steaks (3) and the Parmesan chicken were overcooked... the cheese on the Parmesan wasn’t even melted it was cold. I have never been so disappointed in my life. The manager (same manager as last time) came to offer remaking our order. I stated we’d waited an hour and 45 minutes to get in and waited another hour and 15 minutes on food...again for it to come out wrong. She offered to remake which they did only for the same thing to happen. She offered another free appetizer card .... I mentioned that I was using the last one they gave us. I asked for the manager again. She was getting ready to leave with her coat on and wouldn’t come back to us. Another 15 minutes and a different manager came over who offered more appetizer cards and a discount. When we got our receipts it was still too much fit the service and food. She wouldn’t come back to our table and instead send a new receipt with the price of a soda. I was extremely disappointed. There is clearly some issue going on a this location. This location is 5 minutes away and I will never visit again. Service and food are disgusting on more than one occasion and managers are sarcastic instead of helpful. The worst serve I’ve had from them. We called ahead and was put on the list for 6 people. I was told to be there at a certain time. There was NO hostess at the stand for over 10 minutes when we arrived. Staff was walking by and not even acknowledging the full lobby area. I walked and found someone by the bar and asked for a manager. The manager finally came up and said he was going to find his hostess. The hostess said it would be another 40 minute wait. The manager said no and seat us in the bar area at a large table. After another 15-20 minute wait, I flagged the same manager down and told him no one had taken our drink order. He took the drinks orders and brought some out but not the drinks from the bar. He said he would give us an appetizer for our issues. A person from our party went to the restroom and a female manager asked her how everything was and she explained the lack of service. She went to the bar and got our missing drinks. She also finally sent a server from another area. We finally got our appetizer and were able to place an order. The server told us that the bread was in the oven and she would bring it out . We never got our bread. When we got our salads we had no silverware and they brought us plastic wear. We told the female manager and she went and rolled us silverware.

The food was good once it came out on the stuff we received. The Mac and Cheese wasn’t brought out. When we told them, it appeared to have been microwaved They did say they were short staffed. We had to get our check corrected a couple times for the items we didn’t get and comped items.
