Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Memphis

I sent my daughter to pick up our order , previous order they forgot to give her 2 drinks , When she asked for them they told her you don’t have any drinks but she didn’t check receipt because she doesn’t like arguing. I check receipt as soon as she got home with order we were charged 2 drinks . I called to tell them about their mistake and they told me we will add you to our list asked for my name and phone # we will give them to you next order . Naive of me believing this🤦🏻‍♀️ Today we placed an order for 4 people she tells them we have 2 drinks on list already paid for and Person attending to her rude as can be (claimed to be the manager ) was like they should have refunded us but they didn’t ? This is what they told us ? proceeds to hand her our order in a rudely manner but still didn’t give her the drinks. Of course she grab’s order and leaves . Oh and May I add that if you add extra ingredients to your order they never add them but we still get charged . Last time we order from this place . They need to upgrade...

Horrible experience. I placed an online order from the Hwy 64 location. After I placed the order, the chicken salad chick website said it was declined but I received a bank alert that the purchase was pending from my account. Knowing that I had a lot more than $10.95 in my account, I immediately called the location and told them what happened and was told that I could talk to the manager when I arrived. When I arrived I was treated like I was at fault and not the website. Instead of immediately apologizing and trying to rectify the situation, I was stared at and questioned like I was a criminal. I would have gladly paid again if I had been treated better. I did not feel welcome in that establishment and I was treated as if they couldn’t care less if I ever returned. I hate to think that race was an issue but I couldn’t help but notice the lack of melanin in the establishment. Well, Chicken Salad Chick, you got what you wanted because I will never be back. So disappointing...friendly-ish staff Did you feel good about charging me for this pitiful salad? They told me they were out of all the chicken salads but 4 or 5 out of 12, out of cucumbers, they were told they could not cut onions for my salad as requested. I was told twice that I would get tomatoes on my salad. NO TOMATOES! What I got was a bunch of soggy spinach with some hard a$$ cranberries which I did not want. After picking out all the rotten soggy spinach leaves, I was left with 28 spinach leaves as pictured. I paid over 10cents per spinach leaf!!!!

My cup of soup was only filled half way. What happen to the other half of cup of my so? Broccoli salad - DRY I have been to several locations in many states...Memphis location - DO BETTER. I came in over an hour before closing so there is no excuse for being served food as if I came in two minutes before closing.

Update: Management did reach out to resolve the issue. I appreciate their apology and look forward to visiting...
