Update from January 2024.... placed a to-go order on the website. Was to be ready for pick up by 820. Arrived at 826 and was told the order wasn't ready. Asked how long, and they couldn't answer with anything other than waiting on fries. During the next 17 minutes, seven other orders left the kitchen with fries. Watched 2 staff members go through the order. Appears multiple people can't count or read, as when I got home I found the entire order was messed up.
Ordered 20 traditional, all drums with mild sauce... got 7 mixed and 2 nibbles and not mild sauce.
Ordered 20 traditional, mixed with mild.... got 14 mixed
Ordered 2 other 10 piece traditional and box of tenders. Those were correct.
6 different meals had carrots, we got 1 container.
Potato wedges, are cold. The fries we waited for, yeah they were also cold as well.
Noted the staff that was horrible during the last visit, yep they're still there and doing the same garbage.
Won't be going back to them. Now to find a different wing joint.
This was the visit in December 2023:
I'll start by saying this experience is not normal. However, this evening was the worst experience I've ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings. We had just finished a parade and had approximately 20 people wanting to go to BWW. 1 of the members arrived before everyone else so we could be placed on the wait list. At that time we were told there was a 30-45 minute wait time. No problem, can see they're busy. While waiting to be seated, a child got sick and vomited near the front door. I saw a BWW associate spraying a chemical but walked away. A few minutes later, the hostess slipped and fell in the vomit while taking clients to their table. Then a small child, about 4 years old slipped in it as well. His mother simply took him and left. I told the staff working the to go station and a few minutes later the manager was cleaning up the mess. At this point we have just left. but we decided to stay and an hour later, we're told we don't know how long you'll have to wait. Meanwhile, our group dropped from 20 to 12. During this time, I counted over 28 people were seated. When a member of the group finally had enough, he spoke to the manager who immediately took action. Then several associates decided they needed to interject themselves into the situation. The individual member of our party that was upset left. Immediately, the staff started speaking negatively and using profanity. I advised the manager and he seemed genuinely agitated that the staff was acting in that manner, but did not appear to handle the situation. The manager had the group seated in less than 10 minutes. Ironically enough, one of my business contacts was eating in the booth next to where we were sat. He advised his service had been extremely poor. We waited over 45 minutes for drinks to arrive. Main entre' was brought before appetizers. 3 members of our group had completely finished their meals before the rest were even served, but all the orders were placed at the same time. Food orders completely messed up. Several items never arrived. 1 member of the group never got his food until we were ready to leave, and even then it was because the manager had to step in. The table we were sitting at had a light that won't stop flickering. Mac and cheese was cold. Tray with potato wedges was hotter than the food. Extremely disappointed in the entire evening. Horrible way to end an otherwise...
Read moreCome here all the time with my husband as we live close & love wings. Never really had any issues until today. We walked in & it was stated âplease seat yourselfâ on the chalk board. Ok cool, got it. We stepped into the little isle before you reach the dining room to see what was available & decide where we wanted to sit. (Preferably a booth as Iâm pregnant & wanted the support a booth offers.) We saw an empty booth but with a menu on it so we were unsure if it was taken. We were looking around for a different place to sit assuming it was. Literally within 30 seconds of us deciding where we wanted to sit, a male server walks by & stops to ask us what we were doing standing. I took that as a chance to ask him if he knew if anyone was actually sitting in that booth. A harmless question. Iâve worked restaurants & know sometimes people leave, move, or that a server couldâve easily just left the menu on the table. He looked at me like I was speaking a different language, ignored what I asked, looked all over the room condescendingly, & states itâs open seating like I was a 5 year old. I explain to him that we were just curious if the booth was actually taken & that we know itâs open seating, we were ultimately just trying to decide where we wanted to sit. He does the same thing of ignoring what I said, treating us like weâre stupid, & just keeps saying âits open seating, Iâm confused why youâre standingâ over & over again. He wonât drop reiterating that itâs open seating like as if I didnât already express to him that we knew that several times, weâre just trying to pick a spot to sit! Mind you we didnât ask him for help, he came up to us, & wouldnât leave us alone until I had to ultimately ignore him for him to drop it & leave. From how he acted you wouldâve thought we were standing for 10 minutes trying to decide. It was literally 30 seconds from us walking in the door. I had no idea you couldnât stand to decide where you would like to sit before you actually sit down. He was on a horrible power trip...
Read moreI will NEVER purchase from another BWW again. After the service I received last night, itâs apparent this caliber of people BWW has working for them doesnât warrant my business and anyone else I warn to stay away.
I placed an order for a 20pc, fries, 2 cookies and cheese curds. My husband picked it up after driving 7 hrs from GA for work. When he got there, he was told the order was READY. When he got home, the order was only 10pcs, fries, curds and 1 cookie. I called asked to speak to a manager, and before the conversation began, I asked for his name was Alex. I shared what occurred, and the FIRST thing he does is put the blame on us by saying we shouldâve checked the bag. I informed him the waiter said the food was ready, so we had no reason to think anything was amiss. The conversation that ensued afterwards is by far the worst encounter Iâve ever had with a manger! He essentially said âwhat do you want me to do about itâ and when I asked for a refund, he said it would take 2 weeks! I asked why, when the mistake took much less, and he proceeded to go off on a rant about BWW being a Fortune 500 company, and their location was one of 7k, and heâs not the owner of the business, etc! I let him know he was very rude and his response was unacceptable! He MADE SURE to inform me that the conversation was being recorded and I REALLY hope so. I really hope you guys go through that call!! He does not deserve to be at the front!! Especially interacting...
