Sunday June 1, 2025, 2pm. I took a trip to Memphis for a few days with family and we all decided to stop in for a meal on our way back home. We were very excited initially as it seemed like a good place to get a quick drink and some food where everyone could find something they would enjoy. I ordered a cheddar bacon burger. It sounded delish and I was very excited about it. I asked for my condiments to be mustard, ketchup and pickles, this is a very standard cheeseburger selection. My burger came out and it had lettuce, tomato and mayo. I politely informed the server that I had ordered ketchup, mustard and pickle, she apologized and promised to correct the situation. All good up to this point; however, this is where things begin to go awry. My fiancé, at the same time orders another drink and the waitress takes the order back with the messed up food. Waitress brings her a drink; however, it was not even close to what was ordered so the waitress apologized, we told her it was fine we would keep the drink, if she didn't mind bringing us the one we ordered originally. I drank the messed up drink and she promised to bring a new drink out to her. Now I'm a chef by trade and I know whenever I'm being played by another cook. My first indication was the most obvious, the server came back five minutes later with a cheeseburger that was obviously the same burger that I had sent back. I knew this because not only had it come out in a short amount of time, but there was still mayo on the burger. I informed the waitress again of my order and she promised this time it would be taken care of. By the fourth failed attempt at making what should have been a very simple cheeseburger; presumably the baseline recipe for most restaurants, I told the server that I no longer wanted the burger at all and to just tell the cook to let it go. As we were getting ready to leave, we were voicing our complaints to each other and an employee who was bussing a nearby table overheard us and asked us what was wrong. I told her I didn't want to talk to anyone, and i just wanted to go; however, she pressed the issue and said she was deeply concerned so we informed her of what had happened and she said it was unacceptable and she would go find the manager because I needed to discuss this with them and I agreed to do so. However, about ten minutes later she returned and asked if they had taken the burger off of the ticket and I explained that they had because I told them I no longer wanted it. She proceeded to tell me that the manager was out and didn't have time to come to our table. I've managed restaurants on several occasions and I've never had a smoke break that was more important than correcting a poor experience with a customer who's burger was messed up four different times. Needless to say, we were all appalled at this discovery and will NEVER be back nor will we ever recommend this place to anyone heading this way from Arkansas or anywhere else for that matter. I'd unfortunately rate this place a 0 if I could, and that sucks. This whole experience was exhausting, weird and completely ridiculous given the circumstances. The only smile that came from the whole ordeal was the realization at some point that my fiancé never got her drink she was promised. We actually realized not only did she not get her drink, but had to drink the ice from her previous drink because she did not bring the right drink and my fiancé voiced her disgust...
Read moreThe food here is outstanding! The service is also top notch. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is due to management. I hadn’t realized that our waitress had ran our card already and I asked if they did military discount. She responded with yes, 25% I asked if she could cancel the transaction and rerun my card. My husband and I both being Active Duty Veterans we always tip our discount on top of our tip. She tried to get it to work and she couldn’t, and went to ask for help from her manager who was “way too busy” to come out to help a customer. WHAT?!? Literally what we were told. As a prior General Manager this rubbed me the wrong way. If a customer asks for assistance unfortunately no matter how inconvenient it is you speak to a customer especially when it comes to money. We normally get East Coast Wings via DoorDash and this is our first time coming in. From a family that orders from doordash at minimum once a week. We are pretty disappointed. Safe to say we won’t be coming back for awhile. Not because of the food or the servers, but due to poor management.
Update: Decided to give this another go on doordash and my order was messed up yet again. Also when I asked to speak to a manager same thing happened. He was unable to talk to a customer. The store never contacted us about our last experience. So this will...
Read moreI dont believe I have seen a restaurant function so poorly. Nor have i seen a place that co workers are insulting each other as i have seen at this place. I do not find it professional at all. And the simple fact that the owner/manager sat at the bar the whole time drinking while all of this was going on is pathetic. He said absolutely nothing to any of the workers and allowed this behavior continue. Id venture to say its not the best work environment which in turn is not a good environment for customers either. I have sat in to eat and got a very poor serving of fries as well as receiving a 10 piece boneless wing order that looked and tased as if it came out of the frozen section just with sauce put on top. I gave them anothet shot to redeem them selves on a to go order. That was a total flop. I waited an hour to get my food and it was terrible. I order a chicken wrap. I recieved barely any chicken on this wrap and old leathery lettuce that was barley chewable. And yet again barely any fries what so ever. Not impressed with this place at all. The way the owner/manager allows the employees to verbally abuse each other. I am especially appalled by the owner/ manager drinking while on the clock. Im just going to stick with b-dubs and...
