I love shopping at the Mentor mall especially JCPenney's I can always find a great bargain and my daughter loves H&M and she love love Victoria Secret so keep up the work Mentor mall and by the way Mentor small it's always clean keep up the word Mentor mall have one coming to say when JCPenney closes their stores they closed the main entrance going out to the mall I think that they should not lock you in and you have to go all around through the back entrance of JCPenney's to come back for your car is parked in front of the mall the rear of the mall near the pizza place where basically is right next to the Olive Garden I think we're JCPenney should do if you're a customer you still in the store they should really give a concern to say okay you were left behind the store is now closed so we will have someone to drive you around to your car because that's a very long walk and the reason I ask because I have a quad cane and that's a very long walk and they will lock you in and some of them concerning to say I'll let you out well I'm sorry you have to go to the rear of the JCPenney's if you had a paying customer shopping at JCPenneys I feel that they should accommodate you and let you out the mall instead of making you walk all the way around when you are disabled thank you...
