My husband and I went to the store to look at washers. We spent time with a salesman who helped us decide which one we wanted. We told him we would be back in two days to purchase it. In two days we went back. We waited for the salesman to finish with a customer and then we paid for the washer. We had to wait for my brother-in-law to get there to pick it up because we had made prior arrangements with him. My brother-in-law got there and he and my husband went in the store and the salesman we had been dealing with ignored them and kept trying to make another sale. After standing there waiting and trying to get someone's attentiion, they were told by another salesman that he had to see if they had one. Unfortunately they did not. They tried to get us to purchase one that cost a little more but we told them we wanted our money back. Unfortunately l was told it would take 2 days for the $513.57 we had paid to be put back on my debit card.    Read moreMy initial sales person was pretty good. The assistant finance manager was rude and tried to pressure me into taking the warranty. She also told me that it was MANDATORY that I pay for the benefits club that would have been an extra $15.00 per month. When I called the 1-800 they indicated that I did not have to accept the benefits that it was optional. When I called her back, she got an attitude and insisted that it was in fact mandatory. I had to call the 1-800 number back again and escalate it to a district manager for them to remove it. If I am going to pay it off in 3 months, I don't need insurance in case I lose my job.    Read moreCalled the night before and spoke with Frankie and he tagged the item I needed (my freezer was broken and food would spoil if did not put in working freezer soon). When I arrived the next morning, Frankie showed me just what I needed (large upright freezer) and it was at price that beat everyone else in town (but the other stores did not have in stock). After purchase, Frank knew a man who could deliver within a few hours for fair price. It was delivered, set up and old one hauled off. The delivery man even helped me transfer food from old to new freezer.
My experience could not have been better. Thank you Frankie, Cowboy Maloney’s and the delliery man (did not catch his name). Could not recommend these guys more...
